With the increasing investment of the government and the improvement of social identity for the service of the psychiatry,the mental health industry has welcomed the opportunity for its boost.At the same time,the state-run hospitals are faced with the threat brought by the influx of private capital.How to improve service quality and break through the bottleneck of development is the key to enhance the competitiveness of state-run hospitals.This article takes the Jiangxi Mental Health Center as the research object and tries to discuss its services marketing strategy.In the paper,we use PEST and SWOT methods to study the macroscopic environment,industry environment and the center's advantages and disadvantages,potential threats and opportunities for its own development,based on related research home and abroad and the specific characteristics of medical service.Then we use the STP strategy to have the market subdivided,selected and positioned.Finally,we come up with the corresponding service marketing strategies and suggestions from seven aspects,including product,price,distribution channel,promotion,personnel,process and visible display,based on the theory of 7Ps marketing mix and the authentic situation of the hospital.
