With the rapid development of the nation economy and the gradually increasing of resident's income, the quality of life for people has been improved rapidly , there is a greater demand of medical and health care services. Moreover there is a varieties of differentiation as well as the increasing demand , the mind of people has been changed from curing simply to illness protection . Meanwhile, people's healthy idea has been changed deeply, people have paid more attentions for whole health, medical service quality, more individuality and power maintenance of their own. Under the condition of the changed requirements, we have taken on whole reforms with the nation's medical and sanitation system, the main contents include: the built-up of the normal medical and insurance system with the core of fee paid by the third party, the deepening reform of the hospital management system and inner operating mechanism, encouraging the hospital socialized and investment diversification course, meeting the challenge of the foreign invested medical organizations after we are the number of WTO. However, the medical organizations in China have not prepared for it completely.Viewing from now and on, it will be essential to one medical institute's survival and development to research the demand of health markets, to cultivate competition idea and strengthen the competition advantages in order to acquire more market shares. The modern marketing is a game, the theory is to research the demand and competition opponent to keep up the enterprise as the leader of the competing market using a variety of marketing policies and get a long lasting survival and development period.With the case of Shengli Oilfields central hospital, the article analyzes the characteristics of the medical market by the way of detailed analysis of its inner and outside surrounding deeply, it has undertaken the discussion with the hospital enterprise-operating by using the theory of modern marketing and service marketing, propagandized the medical marketing idea and designed marketing policy suitable for the medical market to establish the long-lasting competing advantages, to boost up the hospital's competing power, to catch larger market share, keep up the leader status in the local market and get a persistent and stable development.The article is useful as reference to the similar hospitals.
