Objective:Parkinson's disease is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system. The prevalence of Parkinson's disease in the elderly in China increases with age.Under the influence of various factors in the social external environment, the incidence is It is concentrated and young, but its incurability has brought a heavy burden of life and economic burden on many families. The main pathological mechanism of this disease is the damage and loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta, resulting in a decrease of dopamine neurotransmitters in the melanotic-striatal neurotransmitter cycle. There are many pathogenic factors and mechanisms, but no obvious evidence has been found. Methods to improve the patient's clinical symptoms, the disease brought great inconvenience and injury to patients and families.Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a microorganism known to be able to survive in the human stomach for a long time. Its infection is occult, clinical symptoms are not obvious, and it is often overlooked. Many studies have shown that Hp becomes a disease of PD.The risk factors, uric acid(UA)and reduced glutathione(Glutathione,GSH)are common antioxidants involved in oxidative stress in humans, scavenging oxidation products, and maintaining the body's oxidative-reductive balance. Both of the content changes have a direct effect on the production of PD and cognitive function, abnormal behavior, and emotional state. In this experiment,C13 isotope respiration test and detection of serum glutathione(GSH)and uric acid(UA)content changes,to verify the impact of Hp,GSH,UA onParkinson's disease, and further explore The effect of Hp infection on GSH and UA may further aggravate PD progression. Methods:Choose between December 2015 and June 2017 in northern hebei college during the first affiliated hospital neurology clinic of 83 patients with Parkinson's disease as PD group, cases patients were diagnosed with Parkinson's disease standard British brainpools Parkinson's ask criterion); In addition,71 cases were selected as the control group in the physical examination center of our hospital, and all the patients were tested by C13 isotope breath test, and the PD group was divided into two groups:PD(Hp+)and PD(Hp-)according to the results. The patients enrolled in the case group were given a scale score(UPDRSIII unified Parkinson's score scale score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)examination, and the Montreal cognitive scale(MoCA)).The content of glutathione in the serum of the two groups was detected by microenzyme method, and the uric acid content in the two groups was detected in the laboratory.SPSS17.0 software was used to compare the correlation between helicobacter pylori infection, glutathione, uric acid and Parkinson's disease, and P<0.05 indicated that the results were statistically significant.Results:1.The Hp positive rate of PD group was significantly higher than that in the control group(2=9.216,P<0.01).There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group,UA and GSH in the PD group decreased significantly(P<0.05).3.There was a negative correlation between UA and GSH and course of disease in the PD group UA,GSH and UPDRS III scores were negativelycorrelated UA,serum GSH and MoCA scores were positively correlated;UA and GSH levels were negatively correlated with HAMD scores.4.The UA level of PD(Hp+)group was compared with that of PD(Hp-)group,and there was no significant difference(t=5.965 P=0.647).The GSH level of PD(Hp+)group was significantly lower than that of PD(Hp-)group,with significant difference(t=2.112 P=0.031).The score of MoCA score of PD(Hp+)group was significantly lower than that of PD(Hp-)group,with statistical difference(t=2.019 P=0.041).PD(Hp +)group UPDRS ? score compared with PD group(Hp),score increased significantly, significant differences,(t = 2.269,P = 2.269).The HAMD score of PD(Hp+)group was significantly higher than that of PD(Hp-)group,and there was significant difference(t=2.319 P=0.023).Conclusion:The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in the Parkinson's disease group was significantly higher than that of the control group.H.pylori infection is a risk factor for PD.Uric acid and serum glutathione levels are involved in the pathogenesis of PD.When both levels are further reduced,Parkinson's disease patients Symptoms of motor dysfunction, cognitive impairment, and depression can occur;Hp infection has no significant effect on uric acid in Parkinson's patients, but it can lead to further reduction of reduced glutathione content, resulting in a decrease in antioxidant capacity of the body, which in turn aggravates.Progression of Parkinson's disease.
