| Objective:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a potential risk of some deadly diseases,such as liver failure,liver cancer,cardiovascular disease,etc.,in recent years,its incidence was increasing year by year,but there is no Active and effective treatment of NAFLD program,only to improve the lifestyle and control of dietary calorie for NAFLD patients with gold standard intervention program,so this subject by detecting NAFLD serum Helicobacter Pylori(HP)antibody positive rate,analysis The relationship between HP infection and NAFLD is designed to improve the diagnostic rate of NAFLD,provide a new theoretical basis for anti-HP infection in the treatment of NAFLD,and provide a better,more economical and more effective treatment for NAFLD.Methods:Collected from the Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital Health Examination Center in March and June 2016 physical examination data,all staff were H.pylori check and abdominal B-ultrasound,with complete physical examination data of the physical examination,after rigorous screening into the A total of 856 people,476 males and 380 females,were divided into NAFLD group and control group according to abdominal B-ultrasonography.The contents of the collection include the general information of the physical examination,drinking history,past medical history and so on.(TC,TG,HDL,LDL),liver and kidney function,uric acid,ESR,hs-CRP,Hb A1 C,abdomen,body weight,body weight and body weight(BMI = body weight / height 2)The relationship between HP and NAFLD and the relationship between NAFLD and NAFLD were analyzed by single factor analysis.The factors related to NAFLD were obtained fromunivariate analysis.Multivariate analysis was performed and analyzed by logistic multivariate regression analysis The independent influencing factors of NAFLD were obtained.Result:(1)202 cases of NAFLD group,72 cases of HP antibody positive,the positive rate was 35.64%,654 cases of control group of 145 cases of HP antibody positive,the positive rate was 22.17%,NAFLD group HP antibody positive rate was significantly higher than control group,NAFLD group and the control group compared P <0.01;(2)Univariate analysis of general data variables,the mean values of Age,SBP,DBP and FBG in NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The prevalence of NAFLD in male was significantly higher than that in female,0.01%;BMI?25kg/cm2,SBP?130mm Hg,DBP?85mm Hg,HB?150g/L,FBG?6.1 mmol/L,uric acid M> 420umol/L,F> 360umol/L,NAFLD prevalence Increased,the two groups compared P <0.05;(3)Univariate analysis of blood lipids,the mean values of TC,TG and LDL in blood lipid and NAFLD group were higher than those in the control group,and HDL was lower than that in the control group(P <0.001).When TC?5.18mmol/L,TG?1.7mmol/L,LDL?3.37mmol/L,the prevalence of NAFLD was significantly higher,compared between the two groups P <0.001;(4)Single factor analysis of liver function,the levels of ALT,AST and ALB in NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in control group(P <0.001).There was significant difference between the two groups.The abnormal liver function ALT>40U/L,AST>40U/L,the prevalence of NAFLD was significantly increased,compared between the two groups P <0.001;(5)Multivariate analysis of all the factors associated with the pathogenesis of NAFLD was carried out.All the independent influencing factors of NAFLD were obtained by logistic multiple regression analysis.The regression coefficients of HP antibody,BMI and uric acid were 1.397,-0.358,-0.006,OR values were4.041,0.699,0.994,P <0.05.Conclusion:(1)In the NAFLD group,the positive rate of HP antibody was significantly higher than that of the control group,suggesting that HP antibody was associated with NAFLD;(2)Age,sex,BMI,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,hemoglobin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,uric acid and liver function index(AST,ALT,ALB)were associated with NAFLD;(3)HP antibody,BMI,uric acid are all three independent factors of NAFLD occurred. |
