| Objective:The research mainly aims to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the self-made Qingyu Decoction and explore the clinical efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of endometrial polyp after hysteroscopy by observing the changes of polyps recurrence,endometrial thickness,TCM syndrome score and curative effect of TCM syndrome of patients with endometrial polyps after the treatment of Qingyu decoction after hysteroscopy.Methods:Totally 68 patients were diagnosed as endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy with tasis caloric type during January 2017 to October 2017 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.The thickness of endometrium and TCM syndrome score were measured before operation.After the operation,the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(34 cases)and the control group(34 cases).In the control group,only the Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets was taken orally after the operation.The treatment group was treated with the self-made Qingyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Each menstrual cycles is one period of treatment.Both were treated with the 3 courses of treatment and observed with 3 courses of drug withdrawal.After 3 courses of treatment and 3 courses of drug discontinuation,the endometrial thickness and echo were examined by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound for 2 times,and the TCM syndrome score were scored twice,the changes of tongue and pulse as well as the adverse reactions were recorded.The application of statistical software SPSS24.0 is used to analyze the data.Results:There were 31 effective cases in each group.(In the control group,2 cases were lost and 1 case was eliminated because of amenorrhea.In the treatment group,2 cases were excluded because of pregnancy and 1 case because of amenorrhea.)1.Comparison of the recurrence:After 3 courses of drug withdrawal,2 cases of endometrial polyps recurred in the treatment group,with the recurrence rate of 6.45%and 8 cases recurred in the control group,with the rate of 25.81%.After the chi square test,there was a significant difference in the recurrences between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the thickness of endometrium:after 3 courses of treatment and 3 courses of drug withdrawal,the thickness of endometrium in the two groups was less than that before the operation.?The comparison intra group after 3 course of treatment and 3 course of drug withdrawal:after the t test,there was no significant difference in the treatment group(P>0.05)and the difference was obvious in the control group(P<0.05).?The comparison between groups after the 3 course of treatment and the 3 course of drug withdrawal:after the t test,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).But the difference was obvious after 3 course of drug withdrawal(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the TCM syndrome score:after 3 courses of treatment and 3 courses of drug withdrawal,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before the operation.?The comparison intra group after 3 course of treatment and 3 course significant(P<0.05),and the syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower.4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndrome:after 3 courses of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,and the control group was 96.77%.The difference between the two groups was obvious through the rank sum test(P<0.05).After 3 courses of drug withdrawal,the effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,while that of the control group was 93.55%.There was a significant difference between two groups through rank sum test(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the adverse reactions:during the treatment and observation period,8 cases occurred mild adverse reactions among total 64 effective cases.(Among the 34 cases of the treatment group,2 pregnant women were excluded.Among the 34 cases of the control group,2 cases were lost.)3 cases of the treatment group occurred.the rate was 9.38%.And 5 cases of the control group occurred,the rate was 15.63%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with endometrial polyps(stasis caloric type)were treated with the self-made Qingyu decoction+Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets or Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets alone after hysteroscopy.Both methods of treatment can inhibit the abnormal hyperplasia of endometrium and improve the TCM syndrome.The recurrence,endometrial thickness and the TCM syndrome scores of the former were lower than the latter.The efficacy of TCM syndrome of the former was better than the latter.And the adverse reactions of two groups were no significant differences.It is proved that the self-made Qingyu decoction is safe and effective for the prevention and treatment of recurrence of endometrial polyps(stasis caloric type)after hysteroscopy. |
