Clinical Observation Of Suogong Qingyu Decoction Combined With Mifepristone And Misoprostol In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Missed Abortion

Objective:To observe the shrink Palace Qingyu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type tire of dead patients with the clinical efficacy, provide the basis for the method used in clinical treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of fetal death can not.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. In the test group and the control group in the two groups of the same treatment based on combined with shrink Palace Qingyu soup, to observe and record two groups of patients with gestational sac discharge rates and discharge time, embryo sac discharge after vaginal bleeding, coagulation function, dilatation and curettage rate and TCM syndrome score etc., and use it as a reference for evaluation of curative effect, develop effective standards, the use of statistics to analyze the data and comparison between the two groups differences in efficacy.Results:By statistical analysis, before treatment, the patients in the two groups in age, menopausal days, gestational sac. The average diameter and TCM syndrome total score aspects showed no significant difference(P > 0.05), with comparability. After treatment, two groups can be effectively eliminated from the embryo sac, the experimental group in the relationship of the embryo sac discharge time and the time of vaginal bleeding, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, reducing the curettage rate, eliminate or improve the patient's symptoms and signs, better than the control group(P < 0.05) and the coagulation function of patients in two groups before and after treatment no statistical significance(P > 0.05), and no abnormal change.Conclusion:Shrink Palace Qingyu decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol can effectively shorten the embryo sac discharge time and shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and reduce the rate of curettage, and can eliminate or improve qi stagnation and blood stasis type of dead fetus in patients with clinical symptoms, and has the characteristics of safety, high efficiency and clinical operation simple.
