Correlation Of Positive Psychological Factors In Patients With Breast Cancer

Objective(1)To understand the present situation of health related hardiness,subjective well-being and posttraumatic growth of breast cancer patients;(2)To explore the correlation of health related hardiness,subjective well-being and posttraumatic growth of breast cancer patients;(3)To provide the reference for building a better positive psychological nursing intervention model of breast cancer patients and improve the quality of life of them.MethodsUsing convenient sampling method,a cross-sectional survey was carried,breast cancer patients were recruited continuously by convenient method in Dalian from January 2017 to May 2017.A total of 168 breast cancer patients were investigated using General Information Questionnaire,Health-related Hardiness Scale(HRHS),General Well-being Schedule(GWB)and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI).We describe to the patients about the significance and purpose of this research,after the patients'consent,help them sign the informed consent,and then,handed out the research tools.The questionnaires were granted on the spot,and called back soon.Input the data by double.Use the SPSS17.0 and Amos23.0 statistical software for the integration,processing and analyzing the data.Statistical methodsincluding:descriptive statistical analysis,Pearson analysis,multiple linear regression equation,structural equation model and so on.Results1 Present situation of health related hardiness about breast cancer patientsThe score of health related hardiness is 145.32±20.87,which is little higher than medium.HRHS-Control score is 55.89±7.90,HRHS-Challenge score is 58.72±10.25,HRHS-Commitment score is 30.71±5.69.2 Present situation of subjective well-being about breast cancer patientsThe score of subjective well-being is 69.67±11.23,which is at a low level.And the score of the satisfaction and interest to life is 10.08±1.66,the score of the worry to health is 14.70±3.00,the score of energy is 20.40±3.84,the score of sad or happy mood is 18.97±4.55,the score of the control to emotions and behavior is 10.57±2.65 and the score of relaxation and tension is 15.90±3.23.3 Present situation of posttraumatic growth about breast cancer patientsThe score of posttraumatic growth is 67.04±18.37,which is at a medium level.And with an interpersonal score of 10.62±3.18,a new possibility score of 11.99±4.65,a personal power score of 10.86±3.18,a mental change score of 11.10±4.31,and an appreciate life score of 22.46±5.67.4 Correlation analysis of health related hardiness,subjective well-being and posttraumatic growth about breast cancer patientsPearson correlation analysis results shows that:health related hardiness,subjective well-being and posttraumatic growth about breast cancer patients have a positive correlation with each other(r=0.232,0.230,0.365,p<0.01).According to the results of regression analysis,health related hardiness and subjective well-being has positive predict ability to posttraumatic growth(R2=0.540,0.530,p<0.01).5 Subjective well-being plays a mediating role between health related hardiness and posttraumatic growthThe indices of the final structure equation model adaptation degree are:x~2/df=1.905,GFI=0.952,AGFI=0.931,RMSEA=0.062,indicate that the model is reasonable.Conclusion1 The level of health related hardiness is little higher than medium,subjective well-being is at a low level and posttraumatic growth is at a medium level.2 There is a significantly positive correlation among health related hardiness,subjective well-being and posttraumatic growth about breast cancer patients.And health related hardiness and subjective well-being has positive predict ability to posttraumatic growth.3 Subjective well-being plays a mediating role between health related hardiness and posttraumatic growth.Health related hardiness can directly affect posttraumatic growth,but also indirectly affect posttraumatic growth.
