Objective To understand the current situation of the resilience,self-efficacy,perceived social support and quality of life of breast cancer patients.To analyze the related factors to resilience and its relationship with quality of life.To explore the effect of group counseling based on positive psychology theory on the resilience of patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy.Methods The study pointed out in two stages.The first stage:From June 2016 to May 2017,298 breast cancer patients were selected by convenient sampling methods from 2 Grade A tertiary hospitals in Zhenjiang.General information questionnaire,CD-RISC,GSES,PSSS,FACT-B was used.Descriptive statistics,variance analysis and so on were conducted by SPSS19.0 to reflect the situation and related factors of resilience.The second stage:70 cases of breast cancer in chemotherapy period were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to admission time.The control group took routine nursing,while the intervention group were given6 group counseling based on positive psychology.Assess patients' resilience before the experiment,after the experiment and three months after the experiment.Results 1.The resilience of patients was(53.35±19.53),which was at a moderate and lower level,the self-efficacy of patients was(2.32±0.74),the perceived social support of patients was(61.91±10.50),the quality of life was(84.43±20.06);2.Univariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference in resilience of age,residence,education level,employment,income,form of payment,operation mode,clinical stage,exercise and PICC(P<0.05);3.Pearson correlation analysis showed that resilience had a positive correction with self-efficacy and perceived social support(r=0.817,0.608,P<0.05),Resilience,selfefficacy,perceived social support had a positive correction with quality of life(r=0.812,0.748,0.609,P<0.05);4.Multiple liner regression analysis showed that age,payment mode,disease stage,surgical procedure,PICC,Self-efficacy,and friends' support for positive prediction of resilience could explain 78.6%;marital status,duration,PICC,resilience,strength,self-efficacy,and friends' support for positive prediction of quality of life could explain 74.4%;5.The result of Independent t test showed that at the completion and 3 months after the intervention,the resilience and dimensions,self-efficacy,perceived social support,quality of life of intervention group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);paired-t test showed that strength,optimism,resilience,self-efficacy,strength,perceived social support and quality of life were significantly higher in the intervention group at the time of completion and 3 months after(P<0.05),there was no difference between control group(P>0.05);Repeated Measures Analysis of variance showed that resilience,self-efficacy,perceived social support and quality of life of two groups had interactive effects(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Resilience,self-efficacy,perceived social support and quality of life of breast cancer patients were at a moderate and lower level;2.Age,education level,economic condition,disease status,exercise,PICC,selfefficacy,perceived social support were the main factors related to the resilience of patients;resilience positively predict the quality of life of cancer patients;3.Group counseling based on positive psychology theory could effectively improve the resilience of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy,and then improve the prognosis and quality of life,maintain physical and mental health finally.
