Objective: To explore the effect of different surgical timings on knee joint function and stability after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and to provide the basis for the choice of clinical surgical timing.Materials and Methods: Eighty patients with cruciate ligament injury from January 2014 to January 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected and divided into the early group and late group according to the interval between patient injury and operation time. The early group was defined as injury to operation time. For ?3 weeks, the late stage group was defined as an injury-to-surgery time >3 weeks. All patients underwent arthroscopic autologous hamstring tendon anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The patient was followed up for 12 months. The patient was examined and recorded postoperative anterior drawer experiment,Lachman.Experiments,ROM,International Knee Score Committee(IKDC score),Lysholm score and Tegner score were compared between the two groups.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data analys is with P<0.05 as the test standard. Results: The postoperative anterior drawer test and Lachman test were negative in the early and late groups.IKDC scores were: early(80.11±5.23)points,late(76.89±11.46)points,P=0.11,Lysholm scores: early(84.63±5.42)Scores in the late and late groups(85.38±7.60),P=0.61,Tegner scores: early(10.83±1.31)points,late(10.35±1.64)points,P=0.15,knee mobility: early group(122.79)±2.11)°,advanced group(123.97±3.77)°,P=0.08,the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Under the premise of unified surgical methods and rehabilitation programs, early and late reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligaments can restore good knee joint function and stability, there is no significant difference in knee joint function and stability after early and late anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
