| Objectice Objective to investigate the medium and long term efficacy of reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)with LARS artificial ligament under arthroscope. Methods ACL reconstruction was performed in 30 patients with ACL injury by using LARS artificial ligament under arthroscopy on the first 9.2±2.35 weeks after injury(1-50 weeks),In the preoperative and postoperative 1 years、5 years and 9 years of follow-up:(1)the Lysholm knee score;(2)Tegner knee score;(3)IKDC objective examination of knee joint. The Lysholm knee score、Tegner knee joint score were tested by repeated measures data analysis.IKDC objective examination of knee joint were tested by chi square test.To observe the medium and long term efficacy of the surgery. Results 24 cases were followed up in 30 cases,no ligament rupture,no infection.Lysholm knee score: The overall comparison shows that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.032),indicating the preoperative and postoperative three score changes over time.Multiple comparisons showed: postoperative three scores and preoperative score were statistically significant(P<0.0083),postoperative three scores are higher than the preoperative score;the comparison between postoperative three scores were not statistically significant(P>0.0083).Tegner knee score: The overall comparison shows that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.016),indicating the preoperative and postoperative three score changes over time.Multiple comparison showed: postoperative three scores and preoperative score were statistically significant(P<0.0083),postoperative three scores are higher than the preoperative score, the scores of 9 years and 5 years after operation were statistically significant(P<0.0083),the score of 9 years after operation was lower than that of the 5 years after operation;the other comparisons between postoperative scores of were not statistically significant(P > 0.0083).IKDC objective examination of knee joint: The overall comparison showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.005),indicating that the results are differ.Multiple comparisons showed that postoperative three results and preoperative result were statistically significant(P<0.005),postoperative three results were higher than the preoperative result, the comparison between postoperative three results were not statistically significant(P>0.0083).Conclusion The medium and long efficacy and short-term efficacy of the reconstruction of ACL with LARS artificial ligament under arthroscope have no significant difference, medium and long efficacy is still good;but in exercise capacity,long-term efficacy may decrease obviously. |
