| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and future prospect of arthroscopictendon allograft reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. Methods:A total of33cases of anterior cruciate ligament injured patients in theorthopedics of China-Japan Friendship Hospital Affiliated JilinUniversity from February2011to December2012were selected, inwhich there are23males and10females. The average was from17to41.They were all treated with arthroscopic tendon allograft reconstruction ofthe anterior cruciate ligament. They were inspected with ADT, Lachmantests and MRI of the knee, and Lysholm Tegner scoring as well beforeoperations.Results:The33cases were all followed from3to25months. The data werecomplicated. There was no obviously reject reaction. One postoperativeknee swelling, anti-inflammatory, symptomatic treatment one week afterremission, did not affect the joint function. One tendon reconstructionwas failure, and there was no improvement in the stability of articulatiogenus and scoring. The symptoms such as articulatio genus hurt, swelling of other31cases were all improved after operations, and Lysholmã€Tegner Scoring were all increased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comparing with autologous tendon reconstruction of ACL,arthroscopic tendon allograft reconstruction has smaller wound shortertime operation, quicker recovery and draw materials conveniently. Andthis operation can avoid the complications of autologous tendon drawing.Arthroscopic tendon allograft reconstruction of ACL will have betterclinical effect and the same stability of articulatio genus.Besides, theimmune reject reaction happened rarely. Single beam reconstruction ofACL has safe effect. Using arthroscopic tendon allograft reconstruction ofthe anterior cruciate ligament has obviously effect in the near future, inthe mean while, longterm effect need further research. To reduce bungeeeffect and soaked in effect, should adopt the system of fixed Rigidfix andIntrafix. |
