Under The Arthroscope Knee Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction With The Same Tendons Of Clinical Research

Objective: Study used under arthroscope knee anterior cruciate ligamentreconstruction with the same tendons, and to provide basis for clinical applicationMethod:From November2011to September2013，28cases of ruptures of ACLs arediagnosed by clinical and arthroscopic examinations．There were22males and6femaleswith an average age of30years(12--51years)．The locations were left knee in13cases andright knee in15cases．All patients had the history of knee joint injury．The basis of clinicalperformance and MRI diagnosis of anterior cruciate iigament injury in28cases. Take thesame kind of frozen tendon allograft, such as arthroscopic tendon allograft long line ofanterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Femoral and tibial side can be absorbed bycompression screw fixation. The result was estimated by Lysholm knee scores and IKDCknee score of1year after surgery.Result: All patients achieved healing by the first intention. Knee extension andflexion function was restored normal at6～8weeks. The patients were followed upaveragely9months (7一12months).1cases of obvious improvement insymptoms．Follow—up drawer and Lachman tests positive test2cases，more patients werenegative．Range of motion：0°～135°27cases，0°～100°1cases．Or mitigate the original symptoms．Subjectiveevaluation of knee function improved the treatment results were satisfactory．Lysholmknee scoring method used to assess post—operative score of89.71±5.17分，compared withthe preoperative differences were ignificant(P<0．01)．Conclusion:The arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using arthroscopic tendon with the interference screw provide better result and an altemativemethod．...
