Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Pelvic Inflammtion Disease With Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome And The Efficicy Of IL-10 And IL-1? On The Patients Serum By Fu Yan Shu Capsule Combined With Antibiotics

Objective:The main of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of the combined application of Fu Yan Shu Capsule and antibacterials on the clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease(damp heat stasis syndrome)and the changes of serum inflammatory factors IL-1 beta and IL-10 in combination with the methods of randomization,control,double blindness,single simulation and excellent efficacy test.We hope that it can provide a basis for effective treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:120 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease(damp heat stasis syndrome)were selected in the outpatient department,and the patients were treated by experimental design(including Fu Yan Shu Capsule/Fu Yan Shu Capsule Simulator + Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets + Metronidazole Tablets)for 56 days.We performed gynecological examinations before treatment,3 days,14 days,28 days and 56 days after treatment,and completed the McCormack scale faithfully.After 56 days' treatment,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group with two groups according to the data provided by the pharmaceutical company.The clinical symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were compared,and the changes of serum inflammatory factors IL-10 and IL-1 beta levels before and after treatment were compared.Results:(l)After 56 days of treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group was 83.05%,the effective rate was 96.61%and the inefficiency was 3.39%,the cure rate of the control group was 1.69%,the effective rate was 76.27%and the inefficiency was 23.73%.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(2)Before the contrast treatment,the serum IL-10 of the two groups were higher,compared with the statistical difference(p<0.01),and the increase of IL-10 in the experimental group was significantly higher(P>0.01);(3)the serum IL-1 beta in the two groups had decreased,compared with the statistical difference(p<0.01),and the IL-1 beta reduction of the patients in the experimental group was more obvious(p>0.01).Conclusion:Fu Yan Shu Capsule Combined with antibacterial drugs can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of patients,reduce the occurrence and recurrence of pelvic inflammatory disease.It can improve the serum inflammatory factors after treatment,and the improvement of the experimental group is more obvious.
