Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Sequel Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Damp-heat And Stasis Type By Integrative Chinese And Western Medicin

Objective: This study aims to provide a more effective treatment for Sequela of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease by observing the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of damp-heat syndrome of the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: According to 82 patients with Damp-heat and Blood Stagsis Syndrome of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,41 cases in the treatment group and 41 cases in the control group were randomly grouped.Before treatment,in order to improve the contrast,there was no significant difference in symptom integral,signs integral and age size between the two groups.The treatment group was treated with Kang Fu Yan capsule in combination of antibiotics,while the control group was provided only antibiotic treatment.The use of 7 days for 1 courses,a total of 2 courses of treatment,after the end of the curative effect for 3 months follow-up.The improvement of TCM symptoms and local signs before and after treatment was observed.the Chlamydia infection rate,C-reactive protein,vaginal cleanliness,pelvic B-mode change were observed before and after treatment.And the recurrence rate were observed in 3 months after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software to compare the differences between the two groups.Results:One patient was excluded from the treatment group and one patient was absent from the control group.The actual number of observations in the two groups was 40.(1)Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 92.5%,while the total effective rate of the control group was only 67.5%.The comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM symptoms: The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.The TCM symptoms in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of local physical signs: the total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of each score: After treatment,the comprehensive scores,TCM symptom scores and local physical scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group lowering the comprehensive score ?TCM symptom scores and local physical scores were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of the improvement of TCM symptoms in the two groups: the two groups were equally effective in improving the leucorrhea of the patients,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the symptoms of lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,prolonged period and other symptoms were improved.,in terms of observation,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of the improvement of local signs in both groups: The local signs of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the two groups improved the uterus activity,cervical pain,thickening and tenderness in the attachment area,thickening and tenderness of the palpebral ligament,etc.In terms of observation,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of uterine tenderness(P>0.05),but the treatment group was more effective than the control group.(7)Comparison of chlamydia infection in the two groups: After treatment,the infection rate of chlamydia was lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group and the control group were equally effective,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(8)Comparison of improved vaginal cleanliness: Both groups improved vaginal cleanliness,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving vaginal cleanliness(P<0.05).(9)Comparison of CRP indexes between the two groups: After treatment,the CRP indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more significant than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(10)Comparison of recurrence rate at 3 months after treatment: The recurrence rate in the treatment group was only 18.4%,while that in the control group was as high as 48.7%.After comparison,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of Kangfuyan capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly relieve lower abdominal pain,lower doses and other symptoms and improve tenderness in the attachment area,limited uterine activity,lower Chlamydia infection,CRP level,improve vagina Cleanliness,reduce pelvic fluid and mass,reduce recurrence rate,significant curative effect,high safety,worthy of clinical application.
