Objective: Based on the viscera dialectical and meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this study used infrared thermography to study the infrared skin temperature of some patients with liver-gastric discordant CEG.The infrared skin temperature was compared with that of healthy volunteers and combined with the visible infrared heat.Figure imaging, through comprehensive analysis, study its relevance, and explore the significance of infrared thermography in the diagnosis of liver-gastric discordant CEG and histopathology. Methods: In this study,100 patients with liver-gastric discordant CEG were selected, and 60 healthy groups were selected as the subjects, and the general situation and pathological diagnosis of patients were recorded in detail.A medical infrared thermal imager was used to collect two infrared heat maps of the front and back of the trunk of the subject, and the Yu points of the three classics of the epigastric region, the abdominal abdomen, the Rendu Second Vein, and the liver, spleen, and stomach. The infrared skin temperature of the original points of the three classics of liver, spleen, and stomach were statistically analyzed, and it was concluded that the infrared heat maps of patients with liver-gastric discordant CEG were common features and different pathological types of infrared heat map features. The comparison of infrared skin temperature in the group was conducted with the paired sample T test, and the relative temperature of the group was compared with the independent sample T test.Results:(1)Characteristics of infrared skin temperature in healthy group: There was no significant difference in the infrared skin temperature between the left and right sides of the healthy group(A)(P>0.05),while the infrared skin temperature of the Du Meridian was higher than that of the Ren Meridian, and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).(2)The characteristics of infrared skin temperature in the liver-gastric discordant CEG group: The infrared skin temperature in the left flank of the liver-gastric discordant CEG group was higher than that in the right side(P<0.05),while the,Rendu Meridians and the all of the study acupoints were no significant difference in infrared skin temperature(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of relative temperature between liver-gastric discordant CEG group and healthy group: The relative temperature of stomach and flank of liver-gastric discordant CEG group was significantly higher than that of healthy group(P<0.01);Qimen point,Zhangmen point,The relative temperatures of Zhongwan,Ganshu,Pishu,Weishu and Ren meridian were slightly higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05),while the relative temperatures of Taichong,Taibai, and Chongyang were relative to those of Rendu meridians. The temperature difference was lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the relative temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of infrared heat map of the liver-gastric discordant CEG group and healthy group: the liver-gastric discordant CEG group showed scattered hot zone in the epigastric region and flank. The liver meridian of the flank abdomen was nonfluency.Du meridian infrared trail show dispersion, though its continuity is acceptable.(5)Comparison of infrared skin temperature in the histopathology of the liver-gastric discordant CEG group: stomach palates, flank abdomen, phase acupoint,Zhangmen point,Zhongwan point, liver shu point, spleen shu point,Weishu point The temperature was higher than that of the inflammation group, but the difference in the relative temperature of the Rendu meridians was lower than that in the inflammation group(P<0.05).However,the Taibai,Taichong,Chongyan Renmai and Dumai in the pathological classification of the two groups were lower than those in the inflammation group. The relative temperature was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)Comparison of infrared heat maps of liver-gastric discordant CEG group Histopathology: Inflammation group showed patchy temperature zones and scattered heat zones on the stomach and the abdomen of both sides of the flank, and the infrared trajectory of the Du meridian was diffuse and continuous.Intestinal metaplasia group showed a patchy hyperthermia area in the epigastric metaplasia area. The area was smaller than that in the inflammation group. The surrounding temperature was reduced and the transitional zone was clearer. The two sides of the flank abdomen were seen in the hot zone. The infrared trajectory of the Du meridian showed diffuse and divergent. The midline of the spine is high temperature.Conclusion:(1)Significant differences in infrared thermogram between patients with liver-gastric discord CEG and healthy volunteers. In addition to the appearance of meridian-qi stagnation as the main feature of liver-gastric discordant CEG,unbalance of Rendu meridians-qi and Yin Yang deficiency is also an important feature.(2)There are some differences in the characteristics of infrared thermogram between two different pathological histologies of inflammation and intestinal metaplasia.(3)As an auxiliary examination method, infrared thermal imaging technology can provide a certain basis for the clinical diagnosis of liver-gastric discordant CEG.
