The Clinical Observation Of Lianmeng Decotion By Enema Treated The Patients Of Premature Ventricular Complexes Of Tanyujiaozu

Objective:Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Professor Guo Wenqin's self-made prescription Lian Meng Decoction enema in the treatment of Ventricular Premature Beat(PVCs)with phlegm and blood stasis,through the analysis of relevant indicators,to explore Lian Meng Decoction enema method in the feasibility and value of using.Methods:60 cases of ventricular premature beat with phlegm and blood stasis in Heilongjiang Hospital of TCM were randomly divided into two groups,between two groups in age,duration of disease,gender had no significant differences,including oral mexiletine group 30 cases,Lian Meng Decoction enema group 30 cases.Lian Meng Decoction enema group was given with mineral Decoction retention enema,oral mexiletine group treated with mexiletine treatment,three weeks for a course of treatment,observation of a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms,TCM symptom scores,the number of 24 H dynamic electrocardiogram room and the change of curative effect were observed after treatment in the two groups.Result: 1.in improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the two groups after treatment all can improve the patients clinical symptoms of TCM,even Lian Meng Decoction enema group compared with oral mexiletine group there were significant differences(p < 0.05),and even Lian Meng Decoction enema group is better than that of oral mexiletine group;2.on ventricular premature beat curative effect,the two groups after treatment can reduce the occurrence of ventricular premature beat,even Lian Meng decoction enema with oral mexiletine group was no significant difference(p > 0.05),and even Lian Meng Decoction enema group curative effect similar to oral mexiletine group.Conclusion:1.LianMeng Decoction enema group significantly in the treatment of Ventricular Premature Beat with phlegm and blood stasis curative effect,can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients.2.Lian Meng Decoction can significantly reduce the incidence of Ventricular Premature Beat with phlegm and blood stasis.
