Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Hashimoto's Thyroiditis With Qi-depressed,Throat Clogged,and TCM Qi Toxin Injury Syndromes By Tioaqi-Qingjie Therapy

Research Objective:Observing the clinical curative effects of the use of Tioaqi-Qingjie therapy for the treatment of early Hashimoto's thyroiditis with Qi-depressed,throat clogged,and TCM Qi toxin injury syndromes.Research Methods:A total of 48 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine are taken as the research object,who are all diagnosed in the department of endocrinology as early Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and are all in the type of TCM Qi toxin injury syndrome.The patients are randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Each group has 24 patients and duration treatment for 6 months,3 months per cycle.The control group receives health education,low iodine diet,psychological counseling,while the treatment group will receive Tioaqi-Qingjie oral prescription in addition to the above mentioned methods.Results of the Study:1,Take the changing of neck swelling and foreign body sensation,chest stuffiness and other syndromes as the symbol of clinical efficacy of the treatment.The control group receives the total effective rate of 58.33%,with no obvious effective cases,14 effective cases,10 ineffective cases;while the treatment group receives the total effective rate of 91.6%,with 4 obvious effective cases,18 effective cases,2 ineffective cases.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group has better curative effects than control group does.2,Take the changing of antibody as the symbol of clinical efficacy of the treatment.After 6 months,the blood related antibody of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)titers in the treatment group have significantly decreased compared with the number of beginning in that group and also with the number of 6-month in control group.The differences are both statistically significant(P<0.05),showing that Tioaqi-Qingjie therapy can improve autoimmune disorder of the early Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients.3,Comparing thyroid function indexes of FT3,FT4,TSH,before and after the treatment,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting that Tioaqi-Qingjie therapy has no obvious effect on patients on the aspects of thyroid hormone levels.4,Comparing the liver and kidney function of two groups of patients before and after treatment,liver and kidney function are both normal,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting that on the aspects of safety the therapy has no obvious effect on liver and kidney function.ConclusionThe use of Tioaqi-Qingjie therapy for the treatment of early Hashimoto's thyroiditis with Qi-depressed,throat clogged,and TCM Qi toxin injury syndromes,can significantly improve symptoms,reduce the thyroid antibody levels of patients and has no obvious effect on the thyroid hormone level,and the liver and kidney function,and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
