The Clinical Observation Of Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis With Early Stage (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Phlegm Obstruction Gas) Based On The Theory Of Poison Damage Of Gas Network

Objective: To study the pathogen and disease theory,of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(Hashimoto Thyroiditis,HT)early(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,stagnation of collaterals)to observe the therapeutic effect of liver qi,dredging and invigorating temper,and for the treatment of Jiedu Tongluo Huatan method,to evaluate its safety.Methods: 72 cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis were observed in this study.The patients were divided into two groups,36 cases in each group,with the syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and phlegm blocking qi and collaterals.Under the premise of basic treatment,the control group was treated with the method of thinning the liver qi and improving the temper,detoxifying and dredging the collaterals,and treating the treatment group with the method of thinning the purging liver qi and healthy transporting the temper,detoxifying and unblocking the collaterals and resolving phlegm.Results:in the early stage of treatment,the treatment group had obvious curative effect on reducing TPO-Abn TG-Ab,reducing the size of thyroid gland,regulating clinical symptoms and so on,compared with the control group(simple soothing liver and strengthening spleen,detoxifying and resolving phlegm)(P < 0.05),and did not see the occurrence of toxic side effects.The clinical curative effect is definite,worth popularizing.Conclusion: according to the data analysis,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Its curative effect is to reduce the size of thyroid gland and the level of antibody,and the patients do not show adverse reactions and side effects in clinical observation,which has a positive promoting effect on the improvement of patients' condition.
