Application Of FTS In The Treatment Of Acute Breast Abscess And Analysis Of Its Curative Effect

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the concept of Fast track surgery(FTS)in the treatment of acute breast abscess,and to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute breast abscess,and to provide new ideas and new methods for the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory diseases of breast surgery.Methods The clinical data of 361 patients with acute breast abscess were collected from January 2015 to January 2018.According to the exclusion criteria,114 patients were divided into two groups.Among them,The inpatients who received the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of FTS concept were treated as FTS group(n=30),and the patients treated according to the traditional outpatient program as the traditional group(n=84).Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of the enrolled patients.The clinical efficacy of the two treatment regimens was evaluated by comparing the overall treatment outcomes of the two regimens,the degree of pain at 24 hours after surgery,switching times,healing time,healing grade,scar evaluation,and patient satisfaction with the treatment effect.Results FTS scheme of the total effective rate was 100.00%,the traditional scheme of the total effective rate was 94.04%,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);FTS group wound pain degree,switching times,healing time,scar length,vancouver scar score was significantly lower than the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);FTS group wounds healed at the first rate is significantly higher than the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);FTS group level of pain,switching times,wound healing time,scar length,scar position,shape keeping degree,satisfaction ratio is higher than that of group,general satisfaction ratio is equal to the traditional group,unsatisfied ratio is less than traditional group.Level of pain total satisfaction,switching times total satisfaction,wound healing time total satisfaction,scar length total satisfaction,scar position total satisfaction,shape keeping degree total satisfaction of FTS group is higher than that of traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to the treatment of acute breast abscess can not only effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain,reduce the times of dressing change,reduce the healing time,shorten the length of scar,and reduce the degree of scar,maintain the shape of the affected breast,and provide patients with a perfect and effective medical services,to achieve the goal of minimally invasive beauty,reduce pain,rapid recovery,and improve the overall satisfaction of the patients for the treatment effect The clinical treatment effect is good,it is worth advocating in the grass-roots hospital.
