| Objective: To dynamically detect the interleukin-35(interleukin-35 IL-35)in the serum of patients with sepsis,understand the relationship between IL-35 and the change of the condition,and evaluate its prognosis value in sepsis,so as to find a new plan for the treatment of sepsis.Methods: The research methods adopted prospective clinical research method of ICU from December 2016 to October 2017 in Anqing Hospital Affiliated to Medical University Of Anhui were assessed,such as 3 with sepsis and selected the diagnostic criteria of patients were included in the case group,and selected the same number of healthy control group in accordance with standards included in the control group.The blood samples of the patients in the case group were extracted and the IL-35 values in the serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Dynamic observation of IL-35,procalcitonin(Procalcitonin PCT),SOFA score changes with septic patients with prolonged treatment,and then draw the receiver operating characteristic curve(Receiver Operating Characteristic ROC),to calculate the area under the curve,the sensitivity and specificity;analysis of serum in patients with sepsis the research on IL-35 and related indicators of the use of statistical methods appropriate for analysis,finally get IL-35 in sepsis condition changes in the law,understand the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis value guidance.Results: According to the selected standard requirements,the final selected sample records of 74 cases,according to the severity of the disease which can be divided into general sepsis group(40 cases)and septic shock group(34 cases),according to the prognosis can be divided into survival of patients with sepsis(34 cases),sepsis(death 40 cases).Sepsis patients compared with healthy group,serum IL-35 increased significantly,and sepsis patients with disease severity extent,significantly increased serum levels of IL-35,ng/L:47.77(20.61),45.56(10.66)compared with 0.34(0.07),2 = 1.314,P < 0.01,PCT,ng/m L:35.00 increased significantly with the severity of the disease increases(50.35)than 1.15(1.34),Z =-6.253,P < 0.001.In general sepsis group,the SOFA score,PCT and IL-35 gradually decreased with the improvement of the condition.The sepsis shock group gradually increased with the aggravation of the disease,SOFA score,PCT and IL-35.ICU 6 h,IL-35 and SOFA score(r = 0.107,P = 0.365),PCT(r = 0.020,P = 0.869),ICU 48 h,IL-35 and SOFA score(r = 0.342,P = 0.003),PCT(r = 0.341,P = 0.003),ICU 5D in the IL-35 and SOFA score(r = 0.777,P < 0.01,PCT(r = 0.647,P < 0.01)with the time in the ICU change was positively correlated.The plasma IL-35 level in patients with sepsis survived(34 cases).The plasma level of F decreased with the cure of disease(F = 4.593,P < 0.05),and there was no downward trend in death patients(40 cases)(F = 13.688,P < 0.01).The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve of IL-35 and PCT(AUC)was 0.76 and 0.94 respectively.When the cut-off value of IL-35 is 41.97 ng/L,the sensitivity is 94% and the specificity is 60%.When PCT cut-off value is 3.65 ng/m L,the sensitivity is 88%,and the specificity is 80%.Conclusion: 1.the concentration of serum IL-35 in patients with sepsis was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group,and there was a positive correlation with PCT,so IL-35 was valuable for the diagnosis of sepsis.2.sepsis patients with different levels of serum IL-35 and sepsis with different severity and increased with the severity of the disease,so IL-35 is valuable for the evaluation of sepsis.3.the expression level of IL-35 in the serum of sepsis patients with different prognosis is different.The death group is significantly higher than the survival group.Therefore,IL-35 has certain value in the prognosis of sepsis patients. |
