| Object:To investigate the value of mi R-150 in the early diagnosis of sepsis and the severity of the disease and prognosis.Methods:The Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical College of Shihezi University from February 2016 third to January 2017 54 cases of sepsis patients,and divided into sepsis group and septic shock group,and selected 30 healthy subjects as control group.The case group before(D0)and after the treatment of first days(D1),second days(D2),third days(D3),seventh days(D7),blood samples were collected,using fluorescence quantitative PCR method for detection of mi R-150 in plasma,chemiluminescence method for the determination of serum procalcitonin(PCT),IL-6,C reactive protein detected immunoturbidimetric assay(CRP)expression level,each time point of sequential organ failure aossessment(SOFA),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHEII);the prognosis was followed up for 28 days;the blood samples of the control group were collected in the control group,and the above indexes were detected by the same method.The expression level by t test or Mann-Whitney U test to compare between the two groups at each time point of mi R-150,the change of single factor analysis of variance between the two groups in each time point of mi R-150,the relationship was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient of each index and SOFA score,APCACHE II score,using the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis of predictive value of mi R-150 for early diagnosis and prognosis of patients with sepsis.Results:(1)In case group and control group at each time point,the expression level of mi R-150 increased(P < 0.01);the expression level of mi R-150 by D0 significantly increased in D2 and reached the peak,and then decreased,when the D7 is lower than D0,but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05);(2)The ROC curve of mi R-150 in diagnosis of sepsis,the area under the mi R-150 curve(AUC)was 0.83,cut-off was 2.88,the sensitivity and specificity were 69%,93%,AUC lower than PCT,CRP(P < 0.05),but higher than IL-6(P < 0.05),IL-6 AUC minimum;(3)The septic shock group the expression level of mi R-150 in D0 and D3 were significantly higher in sepsis group(P < 0.05),D1,D2,D7 is higher than the sepsis group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);D0 septic shock group SOFA,APACHEII were higher than those in sepsis disease group(P < 0.05);the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that the case group D0 mi R-150 was positively correlated with SOFA score and APACHEII score;(4)The survival group D0 mi R-150 levels were significantly lower than the death group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);at the same time,SOFA score and APACHEII scorewere significantly lower than those in the death group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);mi R-150 ROC prediction curve of sepsis,the area under the mi R-150 curve(AUC)was 0.77.It is lower than PCT(P < 0.05),higher than that of CRP and IL-6(P < 0.05),IL-6 AUC minimum.Conclusions:The expression of mi R-150 in plasma stability in sepsis,in the course of expression may be potential biomarkers;mi R-150 and sepsis related to the severity of the disease,the more serious condition the expression level is higher;mi R-150 has a potential value in early diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis. |
