Objective1.Comparison of group counseling and traditional clinical teaching on the adaptability of nursing students career.2.Compare the influence of group counseling and traditional clinical teaching on the sense of efficacy of nursing students.Method1.Seventy cases of nursing students who met the inclusion criteria from June 2016 to September 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects to intervene.2.Internship nursing students were divided into control group(N=35)and intervention group(N=35).The control group used the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the intervention group conducted group counseling on the basis of the control group.3.Group counseling conducted a total of 4 times,interventions include: self-awareness;self-motivation and self-adjustment;career plan development;revision of career development plan.4.Before intervention and after training,apply the questionnaire about the career adaptability of college students and the questionnaire about career efficacy,and investigate each nursing student.And taking the average of internship nursing students as the evaluation index.Result1.The final effective sample size in this study was 70 cases,35 cases in the intervention group and 35 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups(P> 0.05).2.Before intervention,the total score of life adaptability of nursing students in control group and intervention group was 109.69 ± 12.25 points and 108.32 ± 9.85 points respectively.There was no significant difference in the scores of career adaptability and dimensions between two groups(P>0.05).Before intervention,the total score of efficacy of nursing students in the control group and the intervention group were 77.66 ±7.99 points and 77.98 ± 8.49 points respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.After intervention,the total scores of nursing career adaptability in control group and intervention group were 115.73±12.88 points and 127.55±9.56 points respectively.The difference between the two measurement results of the two groups of nursing students in the measurement of career adaptability(t =7.340),career curiosity(t =2.727),career concern(t = 9.900)and career control were statistical significance(P <0.05).There were no significant difference in difference scores(P> 0.05)between the two measurement of scareer adjustment(t =1.064),interpersonal life(t =-0.109)and career confidence(t = 1.004)between the two groups.4.After intervention,the score of efficacy and efficacy of nursing students in control group and intervention group were 81.40±8.95 and 89.50±9.78 points respectively.The difference between the two measurement results of the two groups of nursing students in the scores of career efficacy(t = 7.956),self-concept(t = 7.640),occupational information collection(t = 9.870),goal setting(t = 5.904)were statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in difference scores(P> 0.05)between the two measurement of self-evaluation(t =-0.037),social support(t =-0.283)and academic achievement(t = 1.798).Conclusion1.Group counseling can improve the level of nursing career adaptability and career sense of efficacy.2.Group counseling can improve nursing student curiosity,career concern,career control ability.3.Group counseling can improve nursing students self-concept,career information collection,goal setting ability.
