Clinical Efficacy Research Of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream Combined With Halometasone Cream In The Treatment Of Stasis Dermatitis

Background: Stasis Dermatitis(SD)is also known as varicose eczema,a common complication of varicose veins.Patients with varicose veins in addition to the surgical treatment is often no other efficient solutions as Large vein high ligation、Point shallow venous subsection extraction and so on.There are few sebaceous glands in the calf,local dryness,and slow recovery of inflammatory lesions,which leads to the obstinate condition of stasis dermatitis.Some Patients have not surgery indications or skin condition is unfavorable surgical treatment,the clinical treatment of stasis dermatitis is often combined traditional Chinese and western medicine.But the effect is not obvious,easy recurrence,and treatment is complex,also patients with difficult to insist.Therefore,it is necessary to find a simple and effective treatment to improve the patient’s recovery and quality of life.mucopolysaccharide polysulfate has the function of anti-thrombosis,anti-inflammation,and maintain intercellular water to promote the regeneration of connective tissue.Glucocorticoids has anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic and immunosuppressive effects.Both of these external drugs were reported to be effective in clinical practice and reference reports。Objective: Observation the research that clinical efficacy of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with halometasone cream in the treatment of stasis dermatitis and evaluate its safety.compared with only application of halometasone cream.For treatment of sedimentation dermatitis provide reasonable solutions.Metllods: We Selecteded 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,in the people’s hospital liaoning province dermatology from March 2016 to December 2017.The treatment group and control group have 30 cases each to observate for 30 days,both are given yibasiding of 10 mg before going to bed.On the basis of oral treatment group given outside the affected area with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream and halometasone cream;The control group only give halometasone cream.Observation of two groups about the whole medical effect,improved EASI scores,itching and other indicators of change.Meanwhile,the adverse reactions also is observed before and after treatment.Results: In this study,the treatment group and the control group had each thirty patients.The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group after 4 weeks,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.In the treatment of 2,4 weeks after,control group and treatment group compared with before treatment had statistical significance(P < 0.05)in the improve EASI score difference.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups after 2 or 4 weeks of treatment.There was no significant difference in the pruritic score between the two weeks after treatment in the control group(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)in the treatment group after 2 or 4 weeks after treatment.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups after 2 or 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Dermatology life quality index(DLQI)compared the two groups before treatment and after treatment of 4 weeks,differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),4 weeks after treatment the treatment group DLQI scor compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions observed between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion: The application of oral antihistamine to the treatment of stasis dermatitis by using the combination of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate and halometasone is suitable for the treatment of mild and moderate stasis dermatitis without surgical conditions.The clinical effect is significant and can significantly improve the patient’s skin,relieve itching,operate simple.There are less adverse reaction,good security and can significantly improve patients quality of life,which is worth popularization and application in the clinical practice.
