| After the reform and opening up,the non-public economy has been rapid development,has been an important part of our national economy.In 1980,after the Ministry of Health issued a "Report on referrals to allow individuals to practice medicine issues," was approved,private and private medical services began to appear in the medical market.With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for medical services have begun to diversify,multi-level direction.In terms of medical reform,some medical institutions have begun a good exploration and practice,in which the rise and development of private medical institutions compelling.Private medical institutions is relative to the state-owned public medical institutions,medical institutions in our country mainly by private hospitals,community health centers or stations,clinics,health centers,clinics and other components.In the private medical institutions,private hospitals is the most important part.After years of development,China's private medical institutions have begun to take shape.As a private hospital in China's medical institutions important part of how to develop the private hospital,and how effectively management has become an important issue.Objective:This study was designed on the status of the investigation and analysis of private hospitals in Guangxi,Guangxi 2008-2013 understand the basic situation of private hospitals and business conditions(quantity,personnel structure,the hospital size,number of beds,distribution,etc.)(emergency door investigation of the number of hospital admissions,etc.)content and comparison with public hospitals,to explore the existence of private hospitals in Guangxi development status issues,analysis of the main factors that influence the development of private medical institutions for the development of private hospitals in our region puts forward the feasibility measures and rationalization proposals,prompting better and faster development of private hospitals in the market competition.Methods:In this study,literature research,survey,comparative analysis and other methods.By designing the uniform payment questionnaire,the basic situation and business conditions and other private hospitals in Guangxi to conduct a comprehensive investigation.All survey data information through the establishment of a database,using the software for statistical analysis.In analyzing the results of the survey,access to the relevant literature,based on the use of private hospitals in Guangxi SWOT analysis to understand the current development of private hospitals has strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and related issues for its further development trends propose appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.The results:(1)As of the end of 2013,the region's medical institutions,a total of 47 340,22 308 private medical institutions,accounting for 47.12%.The total number of the region's 476 hospitals,142 private hospitals,accounting for 29.83 percent,the region's private hospitals from 2008 to 2013 in 70 of the 142,the proportion increased to 29.83%from 15.56%.(2)By the end of 2013,the region's total number of employees 158679 hospitals,including private hospitals in 9463,accounting for 5.96%.The region's total number of 127,973 hospital health workers,including private hospitals 7421,accounting for 5.80%;total practicing(assistant)physicians 38,657 people,including private hospitals 2521,accounting for 6.52%;the total number of registered nurses,61,181 people,including 2,914 private hospitals,accounting for 4.76%.Health care than the private hospital is 1:1.16,significantly lower than the one sixty-one public hospitals.(3)private hospital beds in the region from 2008 to 4404 to 2013 in 7644,compared with an increase of 135.93%in 2008,2008-2013,the average annual growth rate of the number of beds was 18.73%;increase over the same period the number of beds in public hospitals of 56.01%,with an average annual growth rate of 9.30 percent.Private hospitals are grouped according to the number of beds in group 0 to 49 beds,there are 89 private hospitals,accounting for 64.49%;50 to 99 beds in the group,there are 38 private hospitals count,accounting 51.35%;300 and above group,only one private hospital.(4)the amount of the private hospital emergency door from 117 million passengers in 2008 to 358 million passengers in 2013,an increase of 205.98%,emergency door 2008-2103 annual growth rate of 25.07 percent the number of people;the region accounted for hospital outpatient and emergency the proportion of the total amount of less than 10%.The number of private hospitals in hospital from 2008 to grow to 4.09 million passengers in 2013 of 195,800 passengers,an increase of 378.73%,the average annual growth rate of hospital admissions for 2008-2013 36.78%;only hospital in the region's proportion of the total not to 5%.Conclusion:Guangxi private hospitals have been certain developed,and has been to a certain extent can provide different levels of care,also produced a certain role in health care services,but the overall development was still lagging behind.By the end of 2013 compared to private hospitals before having a certain size,but its development scale,service capacity so there are still significant gaps compared with public hospitals.The number was also less than some of our other provinces,and even the size of the developed city.Meanwhile,at this stage the government and relevant departments of the higher policy and financial support to private hospitals is not enough,to some extent,also influence and restrict the development of private hospitals in Guangxi,need guidance and norms.Thus,infer the development of private hospitals in Guangxi is still in its infancy.Solution:problems of private hospitals in Guangxi,both their own factors,but also the policy factors,hospital and related administrative departments should take prompt and effective measures to overcome the appropriate focus on the introduction and training of personnel,increase research capacity building and establish correct and positive service concept,improve the operational capacity and quality of service,and gradually establish and improve internal and external management measures will be conducive to the development of private hospitals.Higher levels of government and relevant departments should actively support the increase of private hospitals and financial policies,to promote its booming,to better serve the community. |
