Observation On The Efficacy Of Wumei Pill Combined With Bukanyili Pill In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Due To Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney Yang

Objective : To determine the clinical effect of Wumei pill and Bukanyilidan on generalized anxiety patients with deficiency of heart and kidney yang by clinical observation and statistical analysis,and to provide more ideas and methods for clinical treatment of generalized anxiety.Step by step,provide the basis for the intervention treatment of anxiety disorders by traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Methods : From March 2018 to March 2019,38 patients with GAD(Heart and Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Classical Fuyang Ward of Shanxi Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.They were treated with Wumei Pill and Bukanyilidan Decoction.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and Hamilton Anxiety Scale were used,and the improvement and anxiety of TCM syndromes were compared according to the change of scores.The improvement of symptoms was recorded by Excel and analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results :(1)TCM syndrome integral analysis: 38 subjects before and after the treatment of syndrome integral comparison,this prescription treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency type of generalized anxiety,the overall effective rate is 76.31%,after statistical analysis,before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral has significant difference(P < 0.01),suggesting that Wumei pill and Bukan Yilidan can effectively improve the heart and kidney yang deficiency type of generalized anxiety.Bed symptoms,main symptoms(irritable,fearful and frightening,insomnia and dreaming)before and after treatment,the three main symptoms before and after the comparison has significant differences.The most obvious improvement is irritability,followed by fear and fright,and finally insomnia and dreaming.(2)Analysis of the efficacy of anxiety scale: According to the score of HAMA anxiety scale,0 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 68.42%.It is suggested that traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety.(3)The blood routine,liver and kidney function,blood lipid and stool routine were observed before and after the treatment,and the results were all normal.It indicated that Wumei pill combined with Bukanyilidan was safe.Conclusion:(1)Wumei pill combined with Bukan Yilidan can effectively alleviate the symptoms of generalized anxiety patients with deficiency of heart and kidney yang;(2)There were significant differences in the improvement of three main symptoms before and after Wumei pill combined with Bukanyilidan.The most obvious improvement was irritability,followed by fear and fear,and finally insomnia and dreaming.(3)Wumei pill combined with Bukan Yilidan has no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of generalized anxiety of Yang deficiency type,and its safety factor is high,which is worthy of promotion.
