Objeetiv:This study investigated the Wenjingtang addition and subtraction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea clinical efficacy.Methods:60patients with standard were randomly divided into the treatment group (Wenjingtang addition and subtraction) and control group (to indomethacin suppository),each group of each30cases.1courses of treatment (3menstrual cycles), were compared between the two groups were observed before and after treatment of clinical efficacy and dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea score of TCM symptom score, curative effect evaluation and analysis processing.Rsults:The treatment group and control group between the two groups after treatment, the result was pain, the treatment group total effectiveness93.33%, the control group total effectiveness90.00%, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05), and the two groups of patients, the treatment group is the comprehensive effect of the total effective rate of90.00%, the comparison group total effectiveness66.67%, between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.01), before treatment between the two groups of patients with symptoms of integral no significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment in group two than before treatment showed the significant difference (P<0.01), between two groups had significant difference (P<0.01). The tips of the two groups were able to significantly decreased in patients with dysmenorrhea symptom scores and clinical symptom integral, and the treatment group was better than control group.
