Clinical Observation Of Shengmai Sanhe Zengye Decoction Combined With Radiotherapy For Treatment Of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Freckle Nourishing Decoction in the tre atment of liver and kidney deficiency type chloasma and the effects of relate d hormones levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and androgen(T),as well as conducting safety assessments and comparing reduced glutathi one tablets,it provides a safe and effective solution for the clinical treatment of chloasma.Method:Using randomized controlled method,80 clinical women patients with chloas ma(liver and kidney deficiency type)who met the inclusion criteria were sel ected and divided into treatment group and control group randomly.In the act ual study process,the treatment group was detached in 2 patients and now is 38 cases,while the control group was detached in 2 patients and now is 38 ca ses.The treatment group was given Chinese herbal medicine of "Freckle Nour ishing Decoction" orally and the control group was given western medicine"reduced glutathione tablets" orally.After 12 weeks of treatment,it compared t he index changes of clinical symptoms of TCM,skin lesion color,skin lesion uniformity and skin lesion area before and after treatment,to evaluate the cli nical efficacy of Freckle Nourishing Decoction;At the same time,the contents of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and androgen(T)in the serum of the patients before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment were detected,to compare the two groups of patients.Results:1.After 12 weeks of treatment,the score of skin lesions in the treatment grou p was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome s core in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among the patients in the treatment group,13 cases were clinically cured,15 cases were effective markedly,6 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffe ctive,then the total effective rate was 89.47%.In the control group,7 patients were clinically cured,6 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effectiv e,and 12 cases were ineffective,then the total effective rate was 68.42%.Ther e was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The contents of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and androgen(T)i n the serum of both groups were significantly different from those before tre atment(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the remission of related hormon es in serum of the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with reduced glutathione tablets,Freckle Nourishing Decoction has a good effect in TCM syndrome scores and skin lesions scores of relieving th e patients with chloasma(liver and kidney deficiency type),which also has th erapeutic effect in the regulation of the hormone levels of estradiol(E2),lute inizing hormone(LH)and androgen(T)in the serum of the patients with hig her safety index and fewer adverse reactions,so it is worthy for promoting in clinic.
