Observation Of Nourishing Liver And Kidney, Nourishing Blood And Roujin On The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Parkinson’s Disease Syndrome

Objective:Parkinson’s disease is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system in the elderly.With the increase of age,PD incidence rate show an upward trend. Its pathogenesis is very complex,At present there is no radical method. Clinical study found significant curative effect of TCM treatment of PD.But the current evaluation of TCM treatment mostly use efficacy evaluation criteria of Western Medicine,It’s not accord with Chinese medicine treatment method.Cannot accurately and objectively shows the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment.This research through randomized controlled study,to preliminarily valuate the Effect of Parkinson’s disease syndromes of TCM by Nourishing the liver and kidney,nourishing blood and reinforcement method.Discuss the TCM therapy of Parkinson’s disease.Method:Enrolled60cases with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney who were inpatients or outpatients of Neurologistin Nanjing Hospital of TCM from Mar.2011to Feb.2013,By a parallel control study,Divided into group A (TCM+western medicine group),group B(Western medicine group),each group of30cases.Each group in the treatment of4weeks for1courses.After1courses of treatment with TCM Syndromes of deficiency of liver and kidney of Parkinson disease rating criteria to evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.All data are processed by statistical software SPSS17.0.Before and after treatment,significant test measurement data matching mean by t test,don’t meet with rank sum test t test. Count data use chi-square test.Test groups were significant difference between using analysis of variance.Conclusion:1.After the completion of the trial, according to the evaluation of efficiency,group A efficiency is73.3%after treatment;group B effective rate was0after treatment.There is significant difference statistically(P<0.01).2.Nourishing the liver and kidney,nourishing blood and reinforcement method can better improve the TCM syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney of Parkinson.Treatment A,TCM syndrome integral average7.60points lower than before treatment while the group B was increased by an average of0.44points.There are differences in Statistics(P<0.05).After treatment,group A and group B of traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome average total score difference of8.27points,that group A treatment scheme is superior to group B.3.Nourishing the liver and kidney,nourishing blood and reinforcement method can better improve the yin deficiency of liver and kidney in patients with Parkinson’s disease dizziness,dry mouth and throat,five upset hot,sweating zygomatic red,dry stool,little sleep,but for the membra cramps,tremor,tinnitus,deafness,emaciation,forgetful symptoms such as not significant.4. In the course of treatment was not found in patients taking nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing blood and reinforcement method has obvious adverse reaction.5. In this study,shortcomings:small sample size,the treatment time is not long,can not prove that the relationship between treatment course and efficacy,to demonstrate the efficacy of the force is weak.At the same time,also cannot prove that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of detoxification,and patients were maintained with western medicine in the treatment of the original,there may be a certain influence on the curative effect determination.
