Curatrive Effect Observation Of GuYuanQuBanGao Decoction Via Nourishing Kindy For The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Chloasma

ObjectiveThis study was a comparison before and after clinical trials, by comparing the lesion area integral paste before and after the treatment of Chloasma, color points, total points and total points drop index to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of paste treatment, with a view to explore effective modulation method of herbal paste in treating Chloasma and paste preparation.MethodsIn this study, we select patients with Chloasma as the research object, and carried out their own control study. We select 45 patients who meet the inclusion criteria and signed informed consent as the test group. In addition, the participants need to do the paste treatment for 3 months, and the results of the day of admission, the fourth month, the eighth month as well as the twelfth month should be recorded, which including lesion area, color of skin lesions, skin lesions and severity index, CBS results,percentage of target skin pigment, drug use, adverse reactions and recurrence. In this study, SPSS 19.0 should be used to analyze the data, and decisions can be given based on the results.ResultIn the experimental group, the total effective rate was 83.3%. Specifically,1 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective. In addition, pvalue of tstatistics was 0.035, which means it is significant due to it is smaller than 0.05. In other words, the treatment method can significantly improve the comprehensive integration of the skin lesions and the treatment of the Chloasma has obvious curative effect due to the significant difference before and after the twelve-week treatment.ConclusionThis study confirmed clinical curative effect of the paste treatment for patients with Chloasma. Through the observation of clinical intervention and efficacy, this study concluded that ointment is safe and effective way to treat Chloasma because the treatment can effectively improve the facial lesions size and degree of color pigment. Therefore, paste treatment is worth to promote because of its exact clinical curative effect, safety and effectiveness.
