| Purpose: To observe the curative effect of Spot-removing Decoction via nourishingkidney for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type haze shading (chloasma),and forthe clinical treatment of melasma provide a safe and effective treatment options.Method: According to the inclusion criteria,60patients were selected and randomlydivided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group which include30patientsreceived Spot-removing Decoction via nourishing kidney, Day1, water blunt,2times/daywhile the control group of30patients received oral Liuweidihuangwan,9g/time,2times/day. All patients in the clinic that day,2,5,8weeks after treatment, the lesion area wererecorded its size, color depth and lesions severity score and other lesions observed. Keeprecords of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during the medication, and to givetimely treatment. Both groups were four weeks for a course of continuous observationpharmacodynamic evaluation after two courses.Result:1. The integral change of two groups skin lesions before and after the treatment: thesame day into the group, the skin lesions integral between the two groups is similar and hasno statistical significance (P>0.05);2,5,8weeks after treatment, two groups of skin lesionsintegral were decreased and the decline index had significant difference (P <0.05).2. The two groups after treatment curative effect comparison: treatment group totaleffective rate was83.33%, control group total effective rate was60%, two groups totaleffective rate difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Spot-removing Decoction via nourishing kidney treatment of liver andkidney deficiency type haze shading (chloasma) has obvious clinical efficacy, and safe,effective and worthy of further promotion. |
