Objective:Through observing the effect of clinical observation of changed small qinglong decoction the patients of chronic heart failure complicated with pericardial effusion(hydroretention with asthenic yang),to provide a new thought for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods:In this study,66 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with pericardial effusion(hydroretention with asthenic yang)were selected from the Department of cardiology outpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of TCM and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University during April 2017 to December 2017,and the patients divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table, each group include 33 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with the Changed Small Qinglong Decoction and conventional western medicine. After 4 weeks, comparing the changes of following indexs before and after treatment in the two groups:Lee's symptoms integral,Lee's integral of curative effect,Cardiac functional grading,TCM syndrome integral, curative effect integral of TCM syndrome, the LVEF and pericardium effusion.Result:1.The pericardium effusion:After treatment, the amount of pericardial effusion in the two groups was significantly reduced, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.42%,the total effective rate of the control group was 46.88%,and the comparison between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the amount of pericardial effusion.2.The LVEF:After treatment, both groups' LVEF level were increased.Compared with the two groups, the treatment group improved the LVEF level better.(P<0.05).3.The Lee's symptoms integral:After the treatment, the total score of the two groups were both reduced, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.87%and the total effective rate of the control group was 62.50%.The comparison between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).In improving Lee's syndromes, the treatment group was better than the control group.4.The cardiac functional:After treatment, both groups' cardiac functional gradingwereimproved. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 80.65%and 56.26%respectively.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group on improving the cardiac function classification was obviously superior to the control group.5.The TCM syndrome integral:After treatment, the total score of the two groups decreased, and the total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 93.55%and 71.88%,respectively.Compared the two groups, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome.Conclusion:1.The changed Small Qinglong Decoction can significantly reduce the volume of pericardial effusion in patients with chronic heart failure and pericardial effusion(hydroretention with asthenic yang).2.The changed Small Qinglong Decoction can improve the level of LVEF of patients with chronic heart failure complicated by pericardial effusion(hydroretention with asthenic yang).3.The changed Small Qinglong Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with pericardial effusion(hydro retention with asthenic yang).
