The prevalence of cor pulmonale accounted for38.5%of hospitalized heart disease to46%. The northeast, southwest incidence has risen from the second to the first place. Cor pulmonale is slowly progressive development, lead to respiratory cycle failure and eventually death, during which seriously affect the patient’s daily activities and social work ability, result in huge burden for the family and society. For nearly three years of TCM classics section in the process of clinical application of flexible small qinglong decoction, found that the treatment of cor pulmonale with significant curative effect. And in recent years, the study found that IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、 IL-18、TNF-a and many other cytokines involved in the occurrence and development of chronic cor pulmonale, so through the flexible small qinglong decoction treating patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders, measuring the change of cytokines, preliminary interpretation of the flexible small qinglong decoction in the treatment of cor pulmonale mechanism, which will provide a scientific basis for further clinical promotion.MethodsChoose classic of hospital of guangdong hospital of fangcun in30patients with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, through flexible small qinglong decoction for the treatment of patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders in ELISA kits, before and after treatment serum IL-8, the change of the level of TNF-a.Will test results to establish the database, using SPSS18.0before and after treatment serum IL-8, concentration of TNF-a analysis, if accord with normal distribution, paired sample t test; If do not accord with normal distribution, paired sample rand and inspection.Results1. In19patients, shortness of breath, cough, sputum volume after treatment three symptom was obviously improved, the difference was statically significant between the two(P<0.05). According to the symptom improvement situation analysis,7patients were obvious effective,8patients were effective, and4patients were ineffective.2. Before treatment patients serum interleukin8(IL-8) concentration was749.79±506.75pg/ml, concentration after treatment was671.63±476.97pg/ml, concentration compared statistically significant before and after the treatment (P<0.05). The excellence group serum concentration of IL-8was521.71±299.66pg/ml, while the concentration of post treatment was451.14±292.21pg/ml. There was a significant difference between them (P<0.05).3. Before treatment patients serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) concentration was544.89±315.24pg/ml, concentration after treatment was512.36±342.54pg/ml, density contrast before and after the treatment was not statistically difference (P>0.05). The excellence group serum concentration of TNF-a is397.14±185.70pg/ml, while the concentration of post treatment is361.73±157.78pg/ml. There is a significant difference between them (P<0.05).ConclusionFlexible small qinglong decoction on patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders of serum IL-8and TNF-a has a regulation, may be one of the important mechanism of flexible small qinglong decoction treatment of cor pulmonale.
