Objective:To observe the improvement of microcirculation in patients with diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion by electro-acupuncture of Jiaji points, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of it.Methods:A total of 40 cases meeting the diagnostic criteria of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group. The gender, course and age of patients in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),which was comparable.20 cases in control group were given conventional treatment,20 cases in treatment group were given conventional treatment combined with electro-acupuncture of Jiaji points. After three weeks treatment, observe patients of two groups with clinical symptoms(skin temperature, skin color, degree of pain, intermittent claudication, ankle brachial index)and microcirculation state(temperature control, blocking blood flow after reactive hyperemia, infrared thermal image),then carries on the statistical processing, contrast differences between the two groups.Results:1.The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 95.00%,with an apparent efficiency of 50.00%;The total effective rate of the control group was 85.00%,and the apparent efficiency was 20.00%.There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The temperature-controlled blood flow was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group,P<0.05,there was a significant difference between the two groups. The treatment of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion with electric-acupuncture of Jiaji points is superior to the control group in increasing the amount of blood perfusion in the foot and improving the microcirculation.3.The P RF/PF value of blocking blood flow after reactive hyperemia of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,there is a significant difference. The treatment of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion with electric-acupuncture of Jiaji points is superior to the control group in increasing the blood perfusion of both lower limbs and improving microcirculation.4.The temperature on the back of the foot in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,there is a significant difference. The treatment of diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion with electric-acupuncture of Jiaji points is superior to the control group in increasing the foot back temperature and increasing blood flow.Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture of Jiaji points can improve microcirculation as an adjuvant therapy;2.Electro-acupuncture of Jiaji points can effectively treat patients with diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion as an adjuvant therapy.
