| Objective:Based on the Clinical investigation,this study focus on discussing the relationship between the constitution and the chance of getting chronic pharyngitis.The variables of this study includes general condition of patients(gender,age,degree of illness),root cause,pathogenesis,local symptoms and signs.This study aims at exploring new ideas for individualized diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,seeing effective treatment for individual patients,and providing an objective reference to prevent,diagnose chronic pharyngitis from constitution in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The target group of the survey is patients with chronic pharyngitis.The data base was established based on the questionnaires from chronic pharyngitis patients,the judgment on the constitutions of patients based on the traditional Chinese medicine classification.SPSS 19.0 was used for the statistical analysis.Results:A total of 192 cases were collected in this clinical investigation.There were more female patients than male patients;the youngest patient was 18 years old and the oldest was 65 years old.Among them,majority of patients are aging from 18 to 30 years old.Particularly,the number of female patients in the age group of 18 to 30 is significantly higher than that of male patients.In terms of Dietary habits,87 out of 192 people are meat-eater,50 were vegetarian,and 55 people had no preference.In the case of poor addiction,there were significantly more people with dietary addiction than without eating habits.The highest number of eating habits appeared to be spicy,followed by fried products,sweet products,cold drinks,pickled products,smoking,and drinking.The time and seasonality of the investigation were determined.The onset time was in the order of descending order:morning>evening>all day>afternoon>noon;the onset season was arranged in descending order:year>winter>autumn>spring>summer.In terms of etiology,the subject investigated 6 common diseases that can cause chronic pharyngitis,of which 65.10%had a history of related diseases,and the frequency of occurrence of acute pharyngitis was the highest,and the least frequent were trachea and bronchitis.In the degree of illness,the proportion of patients with moderate conditions was 63.54%,followed by 30.21%and 6.25%.There were 102 cases(53.13%)with a single type of body mass distribution and 90 cases(46.87%)with a biased body type.192 patients with chronic pharyngitis statistics according to data analysis of 413 cases of constitution,from the most to the less qi deficiency,yin deficiency and yang deficiency,damp heat,qi stagnation,blance,phlegm,blood stasis,special quality.Conclusions:1.The investigation involved acute pharyngitis,acute and chronic nose,sinusitis,acute and chronic tonsillitis,dental caries,gastroesophageal reflux,trachea,bronchitis,which can cause chronic pharyngitis,most patients have chronic pharyngitis Past history,of which the highest incidence of acute pharyngitis.2.Patients with chronic pharyngitis who eat sweet and sweet tastes occupy a large proportion.3.The physical distribution of qi deficiency,yang deficiency and yin deficiency are mostly.4.Statistical analysis on the main local symptoms and signs of constitution and chronic pharyngitis.The correlation study between constitution and pharyngodynia shows that physique is closely related to pharyngodynia(P<0.05);physique and sex,age,throat,throat itching,pharyngeal foreign body.The correlation studies of sensation,pharyngeal hyperemia,and lymphoid follicular hyperplasia in the pharyngeal area revealed no close correlation(P>0.05). |
