Health-promoting leadership,with the feature of thinking highly of health,encourages employees to devote themselves to the healthy management of organization,both the organizations and the individuals get healthy benefits and developments from this leadership and management style.During the exchange of leaders and members,Health-promoting leadership have the initiative to discuss the health-related topics with subordinates,they make joint efforts to work out health-promoting policies and rules,which,of course,not only raises the employees health level of physical and mental,but also makes employees create performance in a better state.Workplace loneliness become widespread with the intensification of competition,the flow of staffs and the specialization of labors.The person who get stuck in workplace loneliness will spare no effort to get rid of this negative emotion,which takes up a lot of cognitive resources.What's more,the absence of connections caused by loneliness expose the person to a disadvantageous circumstance of information and knowledge.The two cases above are the main reasons for the decline in personal performance.In this context,this study explores the mechanism of health-promotion leadership,workplace loneliness and doctors' task performance.This study try to provide indigenous study of health-promoting leadership and workplace loneliness,and to provide a new perspective for the health management of organization.The study's basic idea is:Firstly,summarizing the existing literature and putting forward the original research framework;Secondly,semi-structured interviews were used,through which,we transmute original research framework into the final one;Thirdly,original questionnaire are pre-tested and analyzed,referring to the outcome of interviews and pre-test,we carry out the formal questionnaire.Finally,we implement the formal investigation,and then analyse the data and discuss the conclusions.Findings are as follows:(1)Health-promotion leadership has significant positive impact on task performance;(2)Health-promotion leadership negatively predict the dimensions of workplace loneliness,namely emotional deprivation and lack of social companionship;(3)Both emotional deprivation and lack of social companionship have negative effects on task performance;(4)Emotional deprivation have partly mediated effect between health-promotion leadership and task performance;(5)Lack of social companionship have partly mediated effect between health-promotion leadership and task performance.
