Medical staff is one of the most important human resources in the hospital.However,at present,medical staff generally have prominent problems such as heavy work pressure,heavy tasks,and obvious disgusting feelings,resulting in a high level of nursing staff turnover.For hospitals,the continuous loss of medical staff as the core human resources will have serious adverse effects on the normal operation of the hospital;Therefore,the issue of the resignation of nurses has received more and more attention from hospital administrators.Servant leadership is an altruistic-oriented leadership that leaders prioritize the individual needs and interests of followers and refocus their concerns on others' attention within the organization.According to the theory of social exchange theory,if hospital leaders gave priority to the needs of nurses and pay sincere and caring to the nurse community,the nurses would also give the leaders more trust and recognition as emotional exchanges,which may help reduce the nurse's turnover intention.Workplace loneliness is common in the workplace,and high workplace loneliness may induce a turnover intention.In this context,this study explores the mechanism of servant leadership,workplace loneliness,and nurse turnover intentions.This study try to enrich the localization research of servant leadership and workplace loneliness,and provide a new perspective for reduce nurses'turnover intentions.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 406 public hospital nurses,and a structural equation model was constructed through data analysis to obtain corresponding conclusions.Findings are as follows:(1)Servant leadship negatively predict the turnover tendency of nurses;(2)Servant leadship negatively predict the emotional deprivation of the loneliness of the workplace and the lack of organizational identity;(3)The emotional deprivation of the loneliness of the workplace and the lack of organizational identity positively predict the nurse turnover intention;(4)Emotional deprivation have partly mediated effect between servant leadership and turnover intention;(5)Organizational identity loss have partly mediated effect between servant leadership and turnover intention.
