| Objective:To explore the improvement degree of Jiawei Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder and its correlation with quality of life in PD patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,to evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder on PD,and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of PD by integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:From January 1st 2016 to October 31 st 2017,120 cases of PD with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were treated in the geriatric department,encephalopathy department and hospital of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomly divided into control group(n = 60)and treatment group(n = 60)according to the ratio of 1: 1.The control group was treated with dobutazid tablet,and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder on the basis of the control group for 3 months.Comparison of the changes of TCM Syndromes score,Unified Parkin's disease Reting Scala(UPDRS)?& ?partial score,Parkinson's disease quality of Life questionnaire-39(PDQ-39),Life satisfaction Index B score(LSIB),modified Hoehn&Yahr grading,and he serum levels of cystatin cystatin(Cys)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in serum of patientsbetween the two groups before and after treatment.All clinical data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM symptom score: after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there were significant changes in the treatment group as compared with the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of UPDRS & partial score: after treatment,the scores of ? ?daily activity and motor function in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of modified Hoehn&Yahr grading: the modified Hoehn& Yahr grade,which reflected the severity of PD after treatment,were lower in varying degrees than those before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of PDQ-39 scores: after treatment,the PDQ-39 scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the changes of the treatment group were significant compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(5)Comparison of LSIB score: compared with before treatment,the LSIB scores of the two groups were increased in varying degrees after treatment,and were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(6)Comparison of serum inflammatory factor Cys C / CRP levels: compared with before treatment,After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factor Cys C / CRP in the two groups were decreased in varying degrees,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).(7)Comparison of clinical efficacy: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.67).The total effective rate of modified Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder in the treatment of tremor type PD was 87.50 and higher than that of the ankylosis type PD78.57.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Jiawei Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder has a better clinical effect on PD with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,which can not only improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,but also improve the quality of life. |
