The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Phasia (Kidney Deficiency Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type) By Modified Dihuangyinzi And Acupuncture

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and the safty of Modified Dihuangyinzi and Acupuncture in treatment of ischemic stroke aphasia(The Kidney empty and phlegm stasis type).Methods: There were 60 patients with stroke(the kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis type)who were in the department of neurology in the first affiliated Hospital of Henan College of TCM,in April 2015-April 2016.They included 37 males and 23 females.Their age was range 40 to 75,and average 55.3 years.There were 22 cases belong to the acute phase,including 15 cases belong to broca aphasia and 2 cases belong to sensory aphasia and 2 cases belong to anomic aphasia and 3 cases belong to global aphasia.There were 38 cases in the stroke recovery period,including 31 cases belong to broca aphasia and 2 cases belong to sensory aphasia and 2 cases belong to anomic aphasia and 3 cases belong to global aphasia.The patients were divided into the conventional western medicine group(control group)30 cases and the integrated program of Chinese medicine group(treatment group)30 cases.Patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicine,and the treatment group apply traditional Chinese medicine treatment Modified Dihuangyinzi and Acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The results of evaluation were collected and analyzed before and after treatment.In our study,evaluation includes language and other convention assessments.The results of laboratory security checks and common clinical information were recorded.There are 6 items and 22 sub items by the western aphasia battery(WAB)that used to the function of language evaluated.ⅠSpontaneous language,Ⅱ Hearing and understanding,Ⅲ Repeat,Ⅳ Name,Ⅴ Reading and Ⅵ Writing.Information,fluency,grammar and paraphasia are included in spontaneous language.Judgment,identification and continuous instruction are included in Hearing and understanding.The frequency of the word,sentence and reaction name are included in Name.Comprehension,reaction to instruction,corresponding written words to things,written words to paintings,paintings to written words and sounds to written words are included in reading.Writing follow the requirements,expression,dictation or see a real thing and write,alphabet and numbers,writing letters and numbers when hearing them,transcribing a sentence.Results: After treatment,patients in both groups were significantly improved.4 cases markedly,16 cases effective and 10 cases ineffective in the treatment group,the total efficiency was 66.66%;while in the control group,the dates were 2 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective and 16 cases ineffective,the total efficiency was 46.66%;The verbal fluency,expression,auditory comprehension,repetition,naming,reading and writing were significantly improved;The neurological deficit scores were significantly improved.Symptoms such as hemiplegia eye and mouth askew lighten,and patient autonomy ability wse enhancemented.Two groups of patients’ blood,urine,dung routine,liver and kidney function test had no abnormalities.Conclusion: The clinical study on the treatment of ischemic stroke aphasia(the kidney deficiency phlegm and blood stasis type)by Modified Dihuangyinzi and Acupuncture,which have significant curative effect,and good security,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
