1 MethodsTo observe the effect of Modified RuanGanYin on chronic hepatitis B with chronic hepatitis B and to evaluate the effect of Modified RuanGanYin on immune function in patients with chronic hepatitis B deficiency.2 Objective70 patients with Chronic Hepatitis B were enrolled in this study. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of randomization. The two groups were treated with paginated IFN a-2b80 ug a week. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Modified RuanGanYin 2 times,to sediment juice,200ml/times,minutes and nights after half an hour warm clothes, two groups were observed treatment for 48 weeks. To observe the safety index before and after treatment and the clinical syndrome, liver and kidney function,HBV-DNA,indicating the negative rate of antigen and e antigen,T lymphocyte subsets and other therapeutic indicators.Adverse reactions in the course of treatment of interferon given the corresponding Western symptomatic treatment.3 Results1.The total effective rate was 91.42% in the experimental group after 48 weeks of treatment, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the improvement of symptoms and signs: 48 weeks after the end of treatment, the two groups of symptoms than before treatment were improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3.The TCM effective rate was 85.71% in the experimental group after 48 weeks of treatment, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the improvement of liver function: After 48 weeks of treatment,ALT,AST and GGT were significantly improved in the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in TB improvement(P>0.05).The levels of ALT,AST and GGT in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).5.In HBsAg negative rate:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.In HBeAg conversion rate: After 48 weeks, there was no significant difference in HBeAg between the treatment group and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ratio of negative conversion was 30.43% in the treatment group and 26.09% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).7.In HBV-DNA: There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).8.Tc subgroups:After treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ in the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8 + were significantly better than those in the former(P<0.01).4 Conclusions1.Modified RuanGanYin could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B deficiency of qi deficiency and blood stasis2.Modified RuanGanYin could improve liver function and repair liver cell3.Modified RuanGanYin could promote the hierological response certainly4.Modified RuanGanYin could be peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,so asto achieve the purpose of regulating immune function... |
