Clinical Study Of Treating Parkinson's Disease By The Means Of Nourishing Kidney And Activating Blood,and Resolving Phlegm To Dredging Collaterals

Objective: Through observing the experience prescription,that is,modified Wuhu-zhuifengsan which has the function of nourishing kidney and activating blood,and resolving phlegm to dredging collaterals,to evaluate its clinical curative effect of treating Parkinson's disease.Methods: During May 2014 to October 2015,110 patients were collected in clinic and hospitalized patients of department of Geriatrics and Neurology,Hospital of Chinese Medicine.According to the proportion of 1:1,110 cases were randomly assigned to the control and treatment groups,with55 individuals in each group.Control group was treated with dopamine silk hydrazine,and the treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group and then added modified Wuhu-zhuifengsan,3 months of treatment respectively.Observe patients before and after treatment Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndrome Scale score,unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(Unified Parkinson's disease Reting Scala,UPDRS)?&?,Parkinson modified Hoehn-Yahr grade,Parkinson's disease quality of life scale(Parkinson's disease questionnaire-39,PDQ-39),life satisfaction(lifesatisfaction lndex B,LSIB)score,serum SOD,GSH-Px,MDA indicators.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM Syndrome Scale score after the treatment of both group,treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.01);(2)UPDRS ? & ? compare rates within the group:improved after treatment than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01&P<0.05);comparison between groups: scores after the treatment of both group,treatment group was superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of Hoehn &Yahr grade before and after the treatment of both group,there were no significant differences(P>0.05),showing both groups had no obvious improvement in Hoehn & Yahr grade;(4)Comparison of PDQ-39 scores after the treatment of both group,the treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05);(5)Comparison of LSIB scores after the treatment of both group,the treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.01);(6)Comparison of the activity of SOD?GSH-Px activity after the treatment of both group,the treatment group was also superior to control group(P<0.01&P<0.05);(7)Comparison of serum MDA after the treatment of both group,the treatment group was also superior to control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: With kidney and blood,phlegm Xifeng Modified Fab Five Herd scattered action can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of Parkinson's disease,and may increase serum SOD ? GSH-Px activity of Parkinson's disease patients,control MDA at a low level,so that patients havethe body antioxidant capacity more desirable related.
