Objective: Adopted a new prevention control model,to explore the feasibility of detection with measles IgG antibody to screen for infection source of measles,treated suspected measles patients in isolation,effectively interrupted the spread of measles in medical institutions,to inspect feasibility and practicality of the thought in reality.Methods: We selected Bozhou people's hospital as investigation points,investigated the suspected measles patients who met the inclusion criteria,all were followed with the general situation,clinical symptoms,blood samples collection and measles-antibody detection.Results:1.We screened for the patients below 2 years old who visited the Bozhou people's hospital from April 2017 to June 2017 with clinical manifestations,routine blood tests and vaccination history,only 37 suspected measles cases failed to be diagnosed after being diagnosed by an outpatient doctor.Tested by measles IgG antibody,15 suspected measles cases were measles IgG positive,excluded cases with measles.The positive rate of measles IgG antibody among suspected measles cases between different months were statistically significant.2.22 suspected measles patients were measles IgG negative,6 suspected measles patients were confirmed as measles,the proportion of measles IgG antibody-negative suspected measles patients were eventually diagnosed as measles between different months were statistically significant.3.A total of 228 measles suspected cases were reported in the Bozhou people's hospital in 2016,the interval time between dates of onset and isolation was 3.7 ± 1.5 days;37suspected measles cases were investigated in this survey,the interval time between dates of onset and isolation was 2.3 ± 1.2 days,the difference was statistically significant.4.A total of 228 measles suspected cases were reported in the Bozhou people's hospital in 2016,135 suspected measles cases were negative in IgM antibody,excluded with measles,the time from fever to exclude diagnosis of measles was 11.6 ±4.6 days;We investigated 37 suspected measles cases in this survey,31 suspected measles cases were excluded with measles,the time from fever to exclude diagnosis of measles was 3.7±1.6 days,the difference was statistically significant.5.After the survey was carried out in the Bozhou people's hospital,seasonal epidemic peak was flatted in2017,there were no reported measles cases in Qiaocheng district since May,the proportion of measles patients below 2 years old dropped sharply,the measles incidence among all age groups has been reduced,it was realized to control the incidence of measles.Conclusions:(1)Detection with measles IgG antibody can eliminate cases without measles.(2)The selection process included measles IgG antibody detection to screen for infection source of measles was feasibility in the diagnosing.The amount of screening relates to measles incidence(3)Among the suspected measles cases below 2years old failed to be diagnosed,the proportion of measles suspected cases who were finally diagnosed with measles above 9 months were higher than those under 8 months age.
