Objective:To investigate the2013Hubei healthy people aged15and over and measlesantibody levels of measles virus infected cases of measles affecting factors for effectiveprevention and control of epidemic outbreaks and epidemics of measles to provideevidence.Methods:Using the description epidemiology method, extraction of four areas in the wholeprovince, obtain the measles data using the method of questionnaire survey, and venousblood was collected5ml, IgG antibody levels and ELISA were used to detect the objectof study measles measles virus with poison, and Microsoft Excel2003software wasapplied to collect the data of collecting, sorting, using SAS9.2software to analyze data.Results:The four counties of the province investigated a total of3080people, the positivenumber is2804, the positive rate is91.04%, the positive rate of four survey areas wereChongyang90.33%(710/786), Macheng City94.27%(707/750), Xiantao92.27%(692/750), Xiangzhou District87.53%(695/794). Sample of1054cases of malesamples, the positive rate of91.27%, female2,026cases, the positive rate of90.92%.Different regions, gender, age group, occupation, sick people in the history of measlesantibody positive rate differences were statistically significant, which, Logisticregression showed that age is an important factor affecting the anti-measles antibodypositive rate of the population, the resulting equation is In (p/(1-p))=2.6425-0.6254x2-0.5480x3-0.4480x4(x2, x3, x4are "20-25years old,""25-30years old,""30-35");antibody titers three regions adopted analysis: three counties mean antibody titers GMTand SD were Macheng (334.80MIU/ML,0.25) Bristol (443.17MIU/ML,0.28)Xiangzhou District (330.93MIU/ML,0.30), in different regions, age groups, living,education, occupation, there are differences in antibody titer levels of statisticalsignificance; analysis showed that women of different ages antibody titers statisticallysignificant differences, women of different age groups the geometric mean antibody titers were489.12MIU/ML,477.94MIU/ML,533.72MIU/ML,537.29MIU/ML,628.26MIU/ML, the rise,15-35age group was significantly lower than the antibodytiters35years and older age group.Conclusion:Adopt healthy crowd measles serum IgG antibody nucleic acid detection are allnegative, positive samples was detected; Generally higher serum IgG antibody level ofmeasles antibody levels have differences between different regions, the crowd, theoverall positive rate is higher. Analysis showed that age is the important factorsinfluencing the positive rate of measles, rate of positive of antibody of different agegroups and the difference of antibody concentration significantly, and generallyincreasing trend along with the age growth, should increase the measles surveillance inthe15to35age group, and at the right moment, moderate adult strengthening immuneactivity. Women level also presents the antibody concentration increased graduallyalong with the age growth trend, but significantly less than35years of age or older agegroup, level of antibody concentration in childbearing age women of antibody level isdirectly related to the infant, therefore we should strengthen in childbearing age womenof enhancing the immunization strategy, enhance8months infant measles immunizationlevel.
