Objective: Chronic liver diseases such as LC have been characterized as the most common acquired immunodeficiency syndrome worldwide.Infections have been recognized as an important factor in mortality. To investigate the related clinical factors of fungal infection in patients with decompensated cirrhosis, and to provide clinical guidance for the prevention and treatment of fungal infections. Methods: A total of 197 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were enrolled from June 2013 to June 2016,including 127 cases of post-hepatitis B cirrhosis,20 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis,1 case of post-hepatitis C cirrhosis,5 cases of primary biliary cirrhosis,1 case of schistosomiasis cirrhosis,22 cases of mixed cirrhosis and 21 cases of unexplained liver cirrhosis. The fungal infection group and the non fungal infection group were classified according to the fungal infection.Data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software, including age, gender, duration of hospitalization, diabetes, prothromin time, hepatic encephalopathy, liver function classification, serum albumin, with or without invasive operation history, with or without gastrointestinal bleeding, with or without spontaneous peritonitis, antibiotic use time, whether the dringking of history as an independent variable, with or without fungal infection as a dependent variable for univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: The incidence of fungal infection in 197 patients was 8.6%.Among them, there were 7 cases of posthepatitic cirrhosis(42%),4 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis(24 %),3 cases of mixed cirrhosis(17 %)and 3 cases of primary biliary cirrhosis(17 %).The univariate analysis showed that more than 14 days of hospitalization,Child-Pugh grade C,hypoproteinemia, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, antibiotic use time more than 10 days were the risk factors of fungal infection. The logistic analysis showed that more than 14 days of hospitalization,Child-Pugh grade C,hypoproteinemia, and antibiotic use time more than 10 days were the independent risk factors of fungal infection in decompensated liver cirrhosis patients. Conclusion The risk factors of fungal infection in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis are complicated and fungal infection is difficult to identify in time. Therefore,we should strengthen the clinical prevention and treatment.More than 14 days of hospitalization,Child-Pugh grade C,hypoproteinemia, antibiotic use time more than 10 days were the independent risk factors of fungal infection in decompensated liver cirrhosis patients. In order to improve the survival rate of cirrhotic patients, antifungal therapy should be relaxed suspected of these risk factors,.
