Clinical Observation Of Treating Facial Verruca Plana With Self-protocoled Zhihoufang

Objective:To summarize the understanding and treatment of both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.To observe the clinical effect on Facial Verruca Plana With Self-protocoled Zhihoufang.To explore the mechanism and effect of Chinese medicine treating Facial Verruca Plana,offer certain data for clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and provide an effective,safe and convenient method for treatment.Methods:90 patients with facial verruca plana were collected from Dermatological department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM.They were randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases)and control group(42 cases).The treatment group was given Self-protocoled Zhihoufang and the control group was given pidotimod dispersible tablets.After 8 weeks' treatment,compare the clinical effect of the two groups through scores of symptom and DLQI,and record the adverse events and recurernce rates.Results:1.Comparison of efficacy:The total efficiency of the treatment group is 88.24%,while the total efficiency of the control group is 62.50%.The effect of the treatment group is better than the other one,and the total efficiency has significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Scores of symptom:Scores of the two groups were both decreased after treatment and showed significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of decline of the treatment group is higher than the other one and showed significant difference(P<0.05).In the aspects of number,size,colour,thickness and pruritus,the control group showed no difference after treatment(P>0.05),and the treatment group showed significant difference(P<0.05).3.Scores of DLQI:Scores of the two groups were both decreased after treatment and showed significant difference(P<0.05).The rate of decline of the treatment group is higher than the other one and showed significant difference(P<0.05).4.Adverse events:Some patients from both groups showed adverse events,including blush and pruritus,mild diarrhoea,mild regurgitation.The incidence of treatment group is 29.17%,and the incidence of control group is 28.57%,showing no difference(P>0.05).5.Recurernce rates:The recurernce rates of the treatment group is 6.25%,and the recurernce rates of control group is 23.81%,showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect on Facial Verruca Plana With Self-protocoled Zhihoufang is better than control group in the aspects of scores of symptom and DLQI.2.Some patients from both groups showed adverse events.The adverse symptom can disappear after adjustment of treatment methods.3.The recurernce rates of the treatment group is lower than that of control group.
