Clinical Research On Chinese Medicine Verruca Clean Praeparatum To Clear HR-HPV

Research purposeCervix cancer is a kind of serious disease,which is still the woman's main murderer.In recent year,more and more yong female fall in cervix cancer. Screenes and finding cervix early lesions in time is very important to protect women from cervical cancer.The cause of cervical cancer is due to multiple factors' mutual functions.Affirmatorily,HR-HPV persistent infection is the main cause of cervical cancer.How to clear HR-HPV is the key point to stop the course of disease and to avoid cervical cancer.The Verruca Clean Mistura and Verruca Clean Cpot Apply Cremor created by our hospital dermatology departmrnt have a good therapeutic effect in curing the genitals' condyloma acuminatum and clearing HPV virus.Our hospital gynecological out-patient find that it seems effective to cure the cervix lesions with HPV infection,We aim to observe Chinese medicine's intervention to HPV virus load changes in order to approach traditional Chinese medicine's function in curing cervix HR-HPV infection and offering basical datas for traditional Chinese medicine research about HR-HPV infection and CIN,in the future..Research object and methodChoosing 63 outpatients(10 persons missing),Which is according to examination condition in Guangdong TCM Hospital from October 2005 to February 2006,to implement the research.The research includes treatment group 42 persons,the control group 11 persons.The two groups persons will be treated three months and observed in following six months.Their main clinical symptoms,physical sign and therapeutic effect indexs were collected and compared.After curing and six months later,we recheck and record the ralted indexs.Using SPSS13.0 statistical software to deal with the datas to observe the fuction of clearing HPV virus by Chinese medicine Verruca Clean Praeparatum.Describing the quantitative variable with mean±standard deviation and categorical variable by ratio.Using Paired-Samples T Test to deal with the prior and post quantitative variable itself,and Independent Samples T Test to deal with quantitative variable between the two groups(Equal variances not assumed:Mann-Whitney Test).Analysising categorical variable by Chi-Square Test,and ordinal variable by Rank Sum Test between the two groups.Research resultsThe comparison of the two groups' baseline index,effect factors and related indexes as the final result befor treatment in the research have no statistically significance(P＞0.05),it hints the two groups have comparability.As a result,the positive changement index are the control of prior and post HC₂ itself(P＜0.05) and the treatment group's TCT(P＜0.01) after treatment.But six months later,the treatment group's TCT is not better than the control group's.In addition,We can not get the HC₂ six months after curing accomplishment,because of the changement of the detection method about HPV virus.So the research just reports the the HPV virus removing ratio,and the result is not statistical significance(P＞0.05).Neither after curing and the following six months later,the treatment group's several aspects like:semiology,etiology(HC₂/HPV-DNA-PCR),cervix superficial shape and pathology result which is as the final result index does not show an advantage than the control group(P＞0.05).ConclusionIt indicates that traditonal chinese medicine Verruca Clean Praeparatum' therapeutical effect to this desease is to improve the cell pathology grade directly rather than clear HR-HPV,but the Long-term affect need to be proved further.The sample is limited and there are many interference factors which maybe affect the result finally and objective reasons like the changement of the detection method about HPV virus during follow-up time,so it still hasn't reflect the influence to the final pathology result.So the exesting result needs to make a approach by strengthening management and expanding sample size.
