Managing the health and safety of workers in the workplace effectively to reduce workplace accidents is one of the primary interests of the mining industry in increasing its performance.On this fact the real issue of the health and safety of the workplace on the execution of a project is to foster the emergence of a culture of learning about the prevention and elimination of dangers in environments by improving of the performance of the processes and systems that determine the results.A philosophy of learning rather than a philosophy of performance focused on the whole process,but also indicators of results that must animate all the people involved if we want to achieve the eventual elimination Professional injuries and a lasting performance of the company.The overall objective of research is to know how the problem of health and safety can impact the performance of a project and also to identify the different problems that have an influence on the climate of security in general and be able to determine the reason and provide appropriate solutions.In this study,the research questions are discussed to examine how health and safety can be an obstacle to the performance of the company.Two questionnaires were used to collect the data of the employees of the mining company of the bauxite from Guinea(CBG),the real problem who faces workers,labor and processing status.Education I can get the problem of health and safety can beautiful and well impact the performance of a project since the key problem directly use them.The study also identified points that will be able to contribute to the health and safety of the environment,opening the way for how safety performance can be improved in the micrometers of the company and general resources for all mining companies in Guinea,which can used for the increase in the performance and the maximization of the value of shareholders.
