ObjectiveDetecting the levels of IL-33 and TNF-?in the serum of vitiligo patients and healthy people.Analysis the difference between the two groups, and the correlation between the level of serum IL-33?TNF-?and the course of disease, typing, staging, lesion area. The relationship between IL-33 and TNF-?in vitiligo patients was analyzed, discuss the possible role of both in the pathogenesis of vitiligo.Methods1.Research object:The serum samples of 41 patients with vitiligo were collected from January 2017 to November 2017 in our department of dermatology. Each patient's name, sex, age, course of disease, disease classification, stage and area of skin lesions were recorded by the same medical staff. The serum samples of 35healthy persons were randomly collected from the Department of physical examination in our hospital2.Methods:the levels of IL-33 and TNF-?in the serum of the case group and the healthy control group were detected by Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).3.Statistics:using SPSS 21.0 software for statistical analysis of experimental data. The measurement data are expressed as the mean±standard deviation(x±s),and the classification variables are expressed as percentages. The comparison of the mean numbers between the two groups was based on T test, and the single factor variance analysis was used to compare the mean numbers among the multiple groups.Comparison between categorical variables with?~2 test,The data of normal distribution are analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and non normal distribution data Spearman correlation analysis. The test level is set to 0.05.p<0.05 suggests the difference was statistically significant.Results1.The level of IL-33(67.49±29.60pg/ml)and TNF-?(40.25±12.19pg/ml)in vitiligo patients was significantly higher than the level of IL-33(37.32±9.82pg/ml)and TNF-?(24.59±10.08pg/ml)in healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.The expression of IL-33 in the serum of advanced patients(79.14±35.41pg/ml),stable patients(52.60±4.63pg/ml)and healthy control group(37.32±9.82pg/ml)decreased in turn, and the difference was statistically significant(F=28.41,P<0.05),The expression of TNF-?in the serum of advanced patients(44.19±14.64pg/ml),stable patients(35.21±4.91pg/ml)and healthy control group(24.59±10.08pg/ml)decreased in turn, the difference was statistically significant(F=23.15,P<0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between disease course and the level of IL-33expression(R=0.374,P<0.05),and the level of TNF-?expression(R=0.320,P<0.05).4.The expression level of IL-33?TNF-?between non-segmental vitiligo and segmental vitiligo have no significant difference(P>0.05).There is no correlation between lesion area and IL-33?TNF-?expression level.(P>0.05).5.There was a positive correlation between the level of the expression of IL-33and TNF-?in the serum of patients with vitiligo(R=0.904,P<0.05).Conclusions1.The level of serum IL-33 and TNF-?in patients with vitiligo was higher than that in healthy control group, and the expression levels of patients in advanced stage, stable stage and healthy control group were decreased in order. It is speculated that IL-33 and TNF-?participate in the the occurrence and progress of vitiligo as Pro-inflammatory factor.2.The course of disease is positively correlated with the expression level of IL-33 and TNF-?.It suggests that IL-33 and TNF-?may accumulate in vitiligo patients as the course of disease increases.3.There is no statistically significant between non-segmental vitiligo and segmental vitiligo of IL-33,TNF-?expression level. And there is no correlation between the expression level of IL-33?TNF-?and lesion area of vitiligo patients.4.There is a positive correlation between IL-33 and TNF-?in serum of patients with vitiligo, suggesting that there may be synergistic effect of them in the pathogenesis of vitiligo,so as to jointly promote the development of disease.
