| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of zishenyuyin decoction in treating intermenstrual hemorrhage of kidney yin deficiency type and to explore its mechanism.Methods:According to the selection and exclusion criteria,60 gynecological outpatients were randomly selected from February 2017 to August 2017 in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Each group included 30 patients.The patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orally,while the patients in the control group were treated with Bu Jia Le.After three menstrual cycles,the hemostatic effect,the improvement of TCM symptoms and the endometrium of the two groups were observed.The effects of estradiol(E2,P)were treated by statistical method.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,bleeding time and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P> 0.05).The hemostatic effect was cured in 18 cases,remarkable effect in 5 cases,effective in 3 cases and ineffective in 4 cases in this study group.The total effective rate was 86.66.The control group was cured in 16 cases,markedly effective in 4 cases,effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which indicated that the hemostatic effect of Zishen Yuyin decoction was the same as that of western medicine group.In the treatment group,there were 13 cases of cure,10 cases of remarkable effect,5 cases of improvement and 2 cases of ineffectiveness,in the treatment group,there were 13 cases of cure,10 cases of remarkable effect,5 cases of improvement,and 2 cases of ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,7 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were improved,9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 70%.There was statistical significance(P<0.05),which indicated that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on TCM associated symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.During the treatment period,there were no adverse reactions and complications in both groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group.Conclusion: The effect of Zishen Yuyin decoction in treating interphase hemorrhage of kidney yin deficiency type is clear.It can obviously improve the symptoms of bleeding and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM.The curative effect is better than that of estrogen therapy,and the medication is safe,and there is no obvious adverse reaction. |
