Clinical Efficacy Of Ziyin-huoxue-shengjing Decoction In The Treatment Of Female Kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome By Interphase Hemorrhage

Objective:To observe the Ziyin-Huoxue-Shengjing Decoction with raw flavored on childbearing age women to the ground when the kidney Yin deficiency type by the clinical therapeutic effect of interphase bleeding and compare.Objectives:This topic aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyin-Huoxue-Shengjing Decoction and Jiawei-Erzhi Decoction in the treatment of intermenstrual bleeding of women with kidney yin deficiency in childbearing age,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:60 cases of female patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome in the childbearing age were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was taken orally Jiawei-Erzhi decoction,and the experimental group took the Ziyin-Huoxue-Shengjing decoction from the period of tenth days of the menstrual cycle,1 days.A total of 10 agents,1 treatment courses were 1 menstrual cycles and 3 courses were evaluated,including TCM syndrome,hemostasis and symptom score.The BBT high and low temperature difference,the thickness of endometrium and the level of estradiol in the interval between the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results:By comparison,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of syndrome score of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hemostatic effect of the experimental group and the control group were all stronger(P<0.05),but the effect of the experimental group was less than that of the control group.After treatment,the level of estradiol in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after taking the medicine.There was no significant change in the thickness of the endometrium in the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the thickness difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),so the experimental group and the control group had no significant influence on the thickness of the endometrium.Conclusion:The clinical use of Ziyin Huoxue Shengjing Decoction(Ziyin Huoxue Shengjing Decoction)in the treatment of female kidney yin deficiency syndrome in the period of childbearing age has a good effect.The clinical treatment can no longer be confined to "see blood hemostasis" method for the treatment of interphase bleeding.
