The Clinical Research On Treating Kidney-deficiency And Liver-stagnation Type By The Interphase Bleeding Through Zishenshugan Decoction

Objectives:This topic aims to observe zishenshugan Decoction treatment kidney-deficiencyandliver-stagnation type by the clinical curative effect of interphase bleeding.Objectively evaluate the zishenshugan Decoction in hemostatic efficacy,serum levels of estradiol(E2),endometrial thickness,the improvement of TCM syndrome integral,etc.And from two aspects of theory and clinical research to explore its mechanism,and verify its effectiveness.Methods:This study choose the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of patients with kidney-deficiencyandliver-stagnation type between the bleeding from February 2016 to October 2016,60 patients were admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by means of complete randomized grouping.The patients were divided into two groups:the control group,the control group and the control group.The patients were divided into two groups:the control group and the control group.Each group of 30 cases.Two groups of patients were given different drugs for treatment:the treatment group oral Zishen Shugan decoction,the control group orally Progynova for treatment.After treatment,the patient's condition was observed and recorded.The levels of serum estradiol(E2),endometrial thickness and syndrome of TCM syndromes were analyzed before and after treatment(3 months menstrual cycle).To determine the two groups of patients taking different drugs after the difference in efficacy.Results:1.Before.A total of 60 patients with two groups of treatment in age,course of the disease,bleeding duration and TCM syndrome integral were no obvious difference(P>0.05).Treatment after a period of treatment,TCM syndrome score decreased,the treatment group decreased more significantly,and compare differences between group has significance(P<0.05);2.TCM syndrome integral comparison;The rank and inspection,(P<0.05)5,the two groups before treatment and after treatment comparison difference had statistical significance.The comparison between group after treatment,the rank and inspection,(P<0.05),significant differences.3.Comparative effectiveness of syndromes:treatment group total effective rate was 90.0%of syndromes,control group total effective rate was 73.33%.The rank and inspection,P<0.05,the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance.4.Serum estradiol(E2)levels:after the treatment of three menstrual cycles,have increased in both groups,was no significant statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).5.Endometrial thickness:after the treatment of three menstrual cycles,the two groups was no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through this study found that Zishen Shugan Decoction in improving the kidney and liver-type intermittent bleeding patients with symptoms than the effect is better than Progynova,showing the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of the disease,The treatment of bleeding provides a direction for clinical application.
